Chapter 4

Cody POV:

1 week later....

Waking out of bed has never been this exciting. For some unknown reason my wolf has been happy. Like something good was gonna happen.

Getting up out of bed I head straight for my walk in closet and get my suit out. I then head for the bathroom and get in the shower. About forty-five minutes or so I finally get out and dressed.

On my way down stairs with my suitcase, I feel someone trying to mind link me. Seeing that it was my beta I open up my link. "Yes Max can I help you with something". "We have everything set and ready for your arrival and good luck I hope she's there" Max said.

Blocking Max off I head start for my 2017 Lamborghini. Once everything is in I start to head to the Black Haven Pack. I hope she's here. Saying my silent prayer to the moon goddess.

It was a two day trip to get there but I finally arrived at the Black Haven pack. It was 3:39 am when I got there so I went straight to Alpha James who Excoriated me to my room and told me he would have all females a-lined and ready tomorrow. Nodding my head I undress and get into the bed he has given me and fall asleep pretty fast.

Finally waking up. I get up and brush my teeth since I had a shower last night I just went a head and put my tux on. After I'm done I head straight down stairs to meet all the females.

Finally getting there and looking at all of them, I felt disappointed cause none of them were my mate but something felt off like they were leaving someone out. "Alpha James are you sure this is all your females. I feel like your leaving someone out". " There is one female but she hasn't shifted for some reason do you still want me to get her" James said. " yes please I would like to meet all the females".

A few minutes later Alpha James comes back in but the scent that follows him automatically let me know my mate was with him...

Before James can say anything I am right in front of her. "Mine" I say. "What's your name beautiful". She looks scared almost and that hurt a lot. Slowly but surly she tells me her name. "L-lizzie" she said quietly. That's a beautiful name sweet heart.
