Chapter 2: New Friendship

*Mina's P.O.V.*

"Minaaaaaaa" Sana said jumping on the bed, Momo behind her. "Come on, you can't be late on your first day!" Momo said, pulling me from my bed. I quickly rose from my bed, and pulled on a pair of black jeans, and a simple white T-shirt, as well as my Yankees hoodie.

I replaced the mask I wear to bed, with my box. I ran downstairs, Sana and Momo were waiting for me. "Come on, penguin!" Sana said, I smiled at the new nickname.

We started walking, the school wasn't far from their house. We walked in, and Sana directed me to Registry. They said goodbye, and made their way to first period. I walked towards the registry, "Myoui Mina, here to register. I transferred from Japan, I arrived the other day." I said, "Ah yes, make your way to the principals office, through there" the receptionist said.

I walked towards the door at The end of the hall, marked 'Principal's Office'. I walked in, Chaeyoung was sitting unamused by the conversation she was having with, the principal.

"Ah, miss Myoui is here!" The Lady said, she motioned for me to sit down. "I'm Mrs.Moon, but please call me ByulYi" She said, she looked at Chaeyoung.

"Chaeyoung, you're dismissed for today. But if I catch you again, it's detention for a week." She said, Chaeyoung looked at me, and left the room.

"So, Miss Myoui. I have heard that you have self-esteem problems, and I've received news about, your a- box....Here's your schedule, and I hope you will enjoy your time here" she said. I nodded and bowed, as I left.

I looked at my schedule, my first class was English 101. I should be pretty good at this, I studied English for awhile. I entered the class, and all eyes were on me. I kept my head down, and sat down at an empty desk. Someone rushed in last minute, they was wearing a big black hoodie so I couldn't see their face. They sat by me, "Hi! I'm Dahyun, what's your name?" She said enthusiastically. "I'm Mina..." I said, "nice to meet you." She said.

Two more girls came in, "those two, are Jeongyeon and Jihyo. Watch out for them, Jihyo's fairly quiet. But give her a reason, and you're dead meat. Jeongyeon won't care about you, unless you touch her fiancée" Dahyun said, great! Now I have to watch out for them too, and I'm an easy target.

After the lesson, I went towards the cafeteria. As I walked a girl walked into me, and pushed me over. She just walked off, I looked back, she had short hair, like a boys.

Dahyun ran over to me, "hey, you okay?" she said. I nodded, she pulled me up. And brought me to her table, "This is Nayeon, and this is Tzuyu" she said.

"H-hi" I said, "Tzuyu is in our class, and Nayeon is a senior. Like Momo, and Sana" Dahyun said.

"Hey, Mina. Dahyun told us a about you....may I ask about the.." Nayeon rambled on..."The box?" I answered for her.

"Uh yes...If you don't mind" she said politely, "I wear it because of a childhood trauma I had, that's why" I said.

"I bet you're beautiful and cute underneath." Dahyun said.

I stayed silent, and continued to eat from inside my box.

Dahyun and Tzuyu had a different class from me, so I decided to wait for them by the basketball court.

There were a few people playing there, and a kid in a hoodie was sitting in the corner drawing.

I watched, as one of the boys cheated and pushed the other on the ground, so he wouldn't score.

It didn't take more than a few seconds, before a fight broke out.

I looked back got the corner, to see that the kid had moved and was now in the middle of the fight.

They brought down two of the boys, and then the third. Separating them, so they would have to pass him/her to get the others.

"P-please have mercy on us, we were just playing around...l-like boys do" one of the boys said.

"Y-yes, taigeo-ssi" another said, they dropped the boys collar, and walked off.

They just so happened to pass me, and bumped into me as I was leaving.

It was Chaeyoung from the cafe, she held out her hand and lifted me. And then walked away, no sorry or anything.

I walked back to the court, and saw the three boys staring at me. And laughing at me, because I was wearing a box.

One of them came over to me, "Hey, New-girl!" The one shouted to me, "Come over here" another said.

He grabbed my arm and brought me to the others, they surrounded me.

One of them came up to me, "let's see what you're really hiding.." He said, as his lips formed a devilish smirk.

I put hands on my box holding it down, but he wasn't giving up. I held tight, and then suddenly I didn't need to.

I heard someone hit the ground, and someone approached me.

"Hey, are you okay?" It was Dahyun, she took my hand and led me to the next class.

I turned back to see, Chaeyoung beating up the guy who had tried to take off my box.

No wonder Dahyun wasn't tired from fighting them, I decided to tease her.

"So, Dahyun. How did you take down those three boys, they seem much stronger than you.." I said,

"Uh, I-i. I hit them in the stomach and, uh.....well used these.." She said showing her fists and flexing her biceps that had the tiniest bit of muscle on.

"Well thank you my 'hero'" I said, I looked back at the court, where I saw Chaeyoung being scolded by Mrs Moon.

After school Momo, Sana, and I decided to go for lunch. We sat down in a small restaurant, Momo chose it.

"What do they serve here?" Sana asked her, "a wide variety" Momo said.

"As in??" Sana asked, "Jokbal, Mini Jokbal, Spicy Jokbal, Cheese Jokbal, Jokbal and Noodles, Kimchi Rice, and Tteokbokki" Momo said.

Sana sighed, and called over a waitress. She came over, and to our surprise. It was Nayeon, "hey, Momo! What would you like?" She asked.

"We're here too" Sana said, and Nayeon turned her attention to Sana and I.

"What can I get for you three?" Nayeon said, "Two servings of Kimchi rice, and tteokbokki please." Sana said.

"And Jokbal!!" Momo shouted, Nayeon winked at her and left our table with our order.

"What was that about?" I asked, "Nayeon's a flirt, especially when it comes to Momo" Sana said.

After a little while, Nayeon came over with our orders. Momo invited her to sit with us, they talked for hours as Sana and I sat unamused.

Eventually Sana left me, when Tzuyu arrived. I was left sitting at the table alone, it was then that caught someone looking at me.

I'm trying to write these chapters quickly.

A lot of these were written around Christmas, and New year.

This chapter was co-written, with my crew member, Damien. He doesn't have a Wattpad account so, I can't recommend any of his works.

But he has written a few of the oneshots from my oneshot series.
