1:00 AM, Upstairs; Felix and Minx

"Okay, let’s do this," Felix said with a slight concern about what might happen tonight. Minx and Felix went up the stairs, through a double door, and stopped in the haunted hotel room.

"Let us first set the shadow detector on each end of the floor." Minx looked at him and received a quick nod; she walked down the dark hallway and settled one of the detectors on the floor.

The Mel Meter SSD can detect every single shadow passing by.When something is detected, a beep will sound and the lights will go on if something brakes the laser in between two halves.

After she went back to the room and Felix did as well, the pair decided to take a small rest and settle in. Minx took her EVP recorder—which records audio that is on a higher frequency than the human ear can detect—and pressed the record button. “Kjellberg and Minx, we’re in the bedroom second floor right now.” She lay the small recorder on the table next to her and looked around but she couldn’t see anything because the flashlights were off. The small DVR camera they had set up would be recording the event.

"Woman in white, are you here right now? Can you make a noise or move something for us so we know that you’re here with us?" Minx asked. Suddenly, Felix turned around in his seat and looked up and down at the closet before he opened it quietly.

"Did you hear that?" he asked her and closed the door silently.

"Yeah… it sounded like someone scratched on the other side of the door," she agreed, and shivers raced down her spine.

“Can you do that again?” Felix requested of the spirit. For a few minutes, there was complete silence, nothing but their own breathing filled the silence.

1:45 AM

The shadow detector went off and the long, constant beeping brought both investigators to their feet to check who or what was on the floor. “What the hell? I have never seen it going off for so long. I never had such a thing happen before,” Minx said, shock evident in her voice. It was both fascinating and frightening. Both turned their flashlights on and looked down the hallway, first left and then right before they froze and looked both toward the same direction. “What is going on?”

Felix shrugged and tried to listen carefully. “I don’t know, but it’s gone now. It came from over there and sounded totally like a moan. A female voice, right?” He pointed down the hallway towards the stairs. Minx nodded and agreed with him. She had heard the same, but now it was quiet. Almost too quiet.

“Maybe the EVP caught something,” Minx suggested and walked back into the room to stop the recording. She played it back and waited for Kjellberg to come over and listen closely. All that played back was white noise for several minutes before a noise caught their attention.

“Wow.” He smiled, happy to actually catch some evidence. “That’s crazy.” She nodded in agreement and laughed in excitement. Felix took his walkie and pressed the button to get a line with Mark. “Kjellberg to Mark.”

"This is Mark."

“I think we caught something amazing so you and Wade might wanna switch with us and walk around with the infrared camera.”

Static flowed through the connection before Mark’s voice cut in. “Copy that, we’ll head there right now,” Mark answered before he made his way up the stairs with Wade and Ken following behind him.

2:15 AM, Upstairs; Mark, Wade, and Ken

"So, Minx just told us that they heard a weird sound and the shadow detector went crazy, but no one was there. We’ll now search for an apparition with the infrared camera, which can pick up images that are in the infrared spectrum of light, things that the human eye cannot see," the smaller man said, giving Wade one of the flashlights he had in his pocket. Ken followed them both silently, camera in hand.

"Woman in white, did you walk around this area to get Felix and Minx’s attention? Can you do that again for us?" Wade started talking and walked straight down the hallway while the other man followed him trying to catch anything with his naked ear. Ken followed, filming the two men.

"Are you scared?" Mark teased the ghost in an attempt to get a reaction, but it was silent. While Wade walked ahead with the infra-camera, Mark followed with the display and watched the screen for any anomalies. The screen read as normal. A few times he thought he had seen someone, but it was either a reflection of himself or something else that could easily be debunked.

"Come on, show yourself," Wade complained and suddenly froze. Mark did as well and turned around to look straight into the darkness of the hall. "Did you hear that?"

"Shh,", Mark said quietly and held up a hand to signal silence. Another sound was made. "I think it came from over there," he whispered and headed through a door and into a separate hallway. It was lined with doors. One of them was halfway open. A small thud sounded as the door shut. Wade and Ken followed right behind him and he checked the door for movement from a draft. It moved slowly and bumped the frame again.

“There we have it. It’s just a breeze from an open window.” He sounded slightly disappointed.

“But there are no windows, Mark”
