"Shut up or I'm sending all of you to the Hanging Tree!!" Mr. Keshiko shouted.
All the students gave a fearful look
"Hanging Tree..?" I asked. "See that tall redwood tree? It's where students get punished by climbing the veryyy top, where they hang upside down with their legs wrapped around one of the branches for the whole entire period. Not only that, two branches have... "bad luck" written all over it. One of those branches are close to falling off while the other... well.. I'll leave it to your imagination." "It doesn't even sound like a punishment to me.." I told him, already knowing what the other "bad luck" branch was. "Oh really? Well then..." He stopped to turn and face the class. "I'm making a deal with all of you for today's change of plans in PE. If Clare here could successfully reach the top of the Hanging Tree withought any support of her powers, WHICH ALL OF YOU LAZY ASS CHEATERS CAN'T DO, then I'll change the new PE plans to swimming tomorrow."
I smiled behind my black mask
"NOT BAD MR. KESHIKO! LET'S JUST HOPE YOU KEEP YOUR PROMISE!" A guy said.
It was way too obvious that swimming was more of a "special occasion day"
"Well then, Ms. Larcia, show us if you're fit to be in this school." He said as the rest of the class grinned while watching every move I make.
I positioned my hands, feet, and legs into a running positition. I gathered all my strength on my right leg as I sprint full speed to the tree that's at the other end of the grass field. Pushing myself up towards the nearest branch, I swing on top of it and continue to do the same till I reach the top. Of course, there were many thin branches which ended up snapping. The cold winter breeze softly blown directly at me as I look at the rising morning sun.

"This is more fun than jogging, thats for sure." I said as I look below, seeing as Mr. Keshiko giving me a signal to come down. I jumped down, creating a gust of wind around me as I slammed my feet on the trimmed grass. "...Well students... looks like we have a possibly new future Queen of Fallistia!" Mr. Keshiko exclaimed with a proud smile. "Queen?" I questioned myself, ignoring the topic as everyone claps behind me. . . . "Heh, not bad, noob." A deep voice spoke. . . . "Well~ I guess I should be thankful for the change of plans." A girl said with a sassy attitude. . . . "Well then Clare, looks like you made a good impression for first period! I'll see you again tomorrow!" He waved, signaling everyone to go to their locker to change. "Hold up! Don't forget to wear your school swimwear tomorrow!" He said one last time before checking his watch.

After I changed to my regular clothing, ready to go to math, second period, I realized I forgot my other mask, which I gave to Mr. Keshiko. I decided to leave for second period since I have more at home.

All of those classes were a pain in the ass. Not from being "too" hard, but all the introductions I had to go through due to being a transfer student in Sophomore year was surprisingly the least thing I expected. Also.. if you're wondering why I transferred... I was mainly home schooled due to being a bit sensitive towards my powers. Such a stupid excuse, right..?
Lunch starts, and before I got out of my science class in the 2nd floor, a huge crowd could be heard right below. Of course, I clearly had to check it out.
As I took a peek from the top of the 2nd floor, 2 students were located right at the middle of the huge crowd that was only increasing by the second.
"IT'S THE QUEEN AND KING!"
"Huh? Queen... and King? There's such a thing here?" I questioned myself, not noticing the person next to me. "Crazy, right? To think this top notch school would think of something as cheesy as this." A guy with a bright fire-like red hair spoke. "My name's Hitodama, and from now on, this school will be one hell of a ride for you."
