THE WORDS JOE SAID LAST NIGHT LEFT her restless. She needed answers, she needed to know something.

As much as Fanna hated to say that she still loved Joe, she couldn't help it. You don't stop loving someone you truly loved, even if they broke your heart. But Fanna knew she was going to regret this.

After texting Juliet and Natalia, asking for advice. She placed her phone in her sweatshirt pocket, before rushing to the door to go talk to Joe. She opened the door and didn't expect the figure standing there.

Joe stood, looking down at the younger girl. It looked like he hadn't slept much, like his mind was as restless as hers was.

"Fan I ca-"

"Do you love me, real or not." Fanna blurted, looking at him. "I need to know."

"What?" He asked quietly.

"I heard what you said last night, before you left." She whispered. "So do you love me, real or not real."

There was a silence that fell between the two. Joe looked down at his feet for a bit and then back at Fanna.

"Real." He told her, his gaze never leaving hers. "I never stopped."

"Okay.." She whispered, until the silence fell again. "I'll see you in the morning then."

She tried shutting the door but, Joe's arm stopped it. "Really? That's it?" He asked. "You ask me if I love you, I give you and answer and you just want to forget about it?"

"Joe. It's almost two in the morning." Fanna groaned. "Can we just- can we talk about this another time?"

"Fan-"

"JOE." She said loudly, making him flinch. "Another time."

She slammed the door in his face, and ran back to her bed and texted the girls. Of course she chickened out on telling Joe.

She just didn't know how to express her feelings.
