Ch. 12 You Thought

J and I made our way out of the meeting hall and towards our office.

Jason's P.O.V.

Ashley had told me partially what she found out, but not fully. As we made our way back to the room and she made sure to walk Dr. Chris out. She said her goodbyes and then whispered  in my ear check for bugs, in this whole house now, I'll explain later, I promise. The few I knew we trusted I sent out to start looking and locating these bugs, when we thought they were all up and all was good. Ashley and I drove to another side of the property on the four wheeler and she told me more than I was prepared for. 

The mole has been Chris her doctor the entire time. Which makes perfect sense, he's been around since Cody, usually gangs don't have a doctor more of a surgeon or frightened to death EMT to help them out from time to time, and it is extremely unusual to keep them around as long as she kept Dr. Chris. Although she is extremely intelligent and very keen on detail, not sure how she missed keeping tabs on him, as he has to her; but as I've mentioned a couple times she has medical history with him, plus they try to be very family oriented gang, which all seems perfect until someone decides to flip on you. Personally I wouldn't flip on her, her name has been around town known as cruelest around, yet I don't believe a Dr. Chris has seen her torture or kill before. 

Now I would assume he would  tell and fill in Cody I figured that for sure, but oh was I dead wrong in many many ways. So who has been the mole and the person who pushed Ashley off of the stables balcony or cozy den as she calls it, unfortunately come to find out it was one of MY FUCKING GUYS. We found this out due to a mark left on Ashley's clothing. Only two men in my gang are capable of making this specific poison. Ashley's men well ours but hers originally is in the process of learning the books stuff, not even close to being hands on with this poison at the moment. Moving forward, A man in MY FUCKING GANG PUSHED MY GIRL OFF A BALCONY. I wasn't prepared for everything else she told me. I had to make sure she was right, but how? I can't just murder him here and now, like I would like to, because this is a bigger deal then we thought. I needed to know how she found out all this information in such a little time, I know Ashley mentioned at the meeting that Ryder had been working on this for her, but to find out one of my men are involved is mind blowing. Nobody fucks with me, especially not my gang, and most importantly not my girl. Blood is all I'm after, but baby A has a strategic plan that we must stick to unfortunately. 

We're sitting on the back property, just us. It's dark out by now, the moon being the only light other then the tiny stars that fill the sky. There's a slight chill in the air, the wind picking up, and storm clouds start moving over head. I glance over at Ashley she's sitting on her four wheeler I know she's  angry it's obvious with the crinkle in her forehead, but she's also concentrated on her surrounding area, even at the quick breeze that are making the trees move she's snapping her head over too. She's strong, but right now she's trying to not go on a killing rampage. I know the look. That crazy swirl of passion and murderous swarming and clouding her eyes. She's trying to hold it together. To not take it out on me at this moment, but I get it, it was one of my men too. It was two people in our gangs that did this. Slap to the face to gang leaders. Most would simply kill them and move forward. But Ashley says there's more and we have to hold off momentarily. 

" How are you for sure it was him" , I asked her. 

"J there's more to the story, the bugs hidden around the house is just the beginning, J I told you there is more that you need to know, I promised I'd tell you everything; I've had Ryder trying to find the mole within my gang for months, not once did we even consider our doctor. He was just never a suspect, he never knew much besides my injuries, it wasn't until we joined gangs where a couple of things came together."
