Annie's POV
We took Saffron home. We ran her a bath and picked out some of Hayley's comfy pyjamas for her. Under all that mud we could see how pretty she was: big,bright blue eyes, long red hair. We are going to take her to the police station tomorrow.
Saffron's POV
I stayed in Hayley's room overnight. I think she really liked me. We talked for hours and even crept into to the kitchen for a midnight snack! We had waffles and maple syrup - my favourite!
I'm sad that I have to leave tomorrow, I love it here already! I hope there is some way that they can adopt me...
Hayley's POV
I really like Saffron. She already feels like a sister to me - even though we only met a few hours ago! I hope I can still visit her once she leaves...
