WillowKit and FernKit meowed excitedly jumping up and down. Today was the day they were going to be apprentice's! She saw TigerStar come out of his den and talk to his deputy, CrowTail, and soon he jumped up onto the high rock announcing for a clan meeting. "All cats that are old enough to catch their prey, join us beneath the high rock for a clan meeting!". Though most cats were already there, other cats immerged from their dens to listen what he had to say. "Today we will be celebrating the arrival of three new apprentices. FernKit! Come up here by my side!". WillowKit watched as FernKit struggled by jumping up, but TigerStar helped her up. "StarClan, look down on this kit who is growing with skills. Fernkit, from this day on you shall be known as FernPaw. StarClan honors you.". Fernkit happily stood next to LilyCream proud. WillowPaw, FernPaw, all stood on the high rock, the cats on the bottom yowling "WillowPaw!! FernPaw!!" WillowPaw felt the pride to be standing on this rock. And re pride to be standing next to FernPaw.
