ahh, the start of a fresh week of school.
a dreadful monday and a new seating arrangement in orchestra class. the seatings were changed weekly.
as claimed by the directors, it gave an opportunity for everyone in their sections to get to know each other better since they'll be together until the next school year.
jeong sohye walked over to the seating list, in hopes of having a good partner this time around, and glanced down until she found her section.

she took a sigh of relief. she was partnered with jisung, someone she considers a good friend of hers.
after, unlocking her instrument locker and uncasing the school's cello, she made her way to her seat in the back of the section. she was honestly glad that she had been put in the back of the section because being in the front meant talking and playing on cell phones were more noticeable.
"hey, sohye!"
"hey, jisung! looks like we'll be stand partners this week," sohye flashed a smile at him while unscrewing her endpin.
"i'm so glad we didn't get partnered with woojin or doyeon. they don't be able to grasp the concept of tuning time not being a time to show off their skills, and they never bring their music binders to class," jisung sighed.
