"In a city well known for it's beautiful flowers, lived a boy in a completely plain family of three. This boy had special power which bought him happiness at the same time as sadness. Happiness – because he could avoid certain situations without being caught, and sadness because this power was uncontrollable.  This power was something like magic, no, it was magic. It was something no one else had, and something no one had ever seen. He had the power of invisibility.
These powers appeared and disappeared when they wanted to, like stubborn, homeless cats not wanting to obey. The boy tried so hard to control the gift he got, God knows from who and why, but in the end, he understood that this cat was impossible to make obedient. He decided to give up, and just live with it."

"Cats? What kind of comparison is that even?" A low and annoyed voice, that could only be David's, asked Rose the narrator.

"Don't interrupt me! Hush!" After she removed her index finger from her lips, she continued the story.

"This is a sad love-story about a boy who wanted to be found, and a girl who wanted to disappear. They met one rainy day and discovered that they had something in common, both off them had these unusual sad looking eyes. They lived in almost two different worlds, and had different struggles, but something magical happened when they were together. Not his special power made it magical, but the way they made each other happy, the way they helped each other to don't give up even when they met hardship. Like that one time when she was afraid going to school because of a violent group of girls, they were one of the reasons she wanted to disappear. Her defender wanted to help her, so he met them face to face. He wasn't strong or muscular in any way, but he had the will to erase at least one of her fears. "

I was listening with my ears wide open as much as it was possible. I made myself comfortable on the couch by laying my head on the dark-blue pillow I got from my mum. It was nice just laying down and listening to Rose's stories like this, I loved the atmosphere we had because it was quiet and relaxing. Rose was sitting down on the floor in front of the TV that was turned off to avoid any interruptions . I was laying down on the right side of the couch, and Kami was sitting on the other. David was also sitting on the floor leaning his back on the couch.

"He didn't have any plan, and he was also a little bit scared. Those girls could scare anyone with those stares they wore on their faces. It looked like they craved for killing someone 24/7, but fortunately, that boy brought his luck with him that day."

I looked over to Kami who almost fell asleep, she didn't sleep much yesterday because of the fight she had with her boyfriend. I pitied her. That jerk gave her so many hard days, but she still loved him so incredibly much. Looking at their relationship makes me understand that falling in love with the wrong person is honestly very scary. I sighed and tried to focus on the story.

"The girls got closer and closer to our defender, they were ready to fight to show these two weaklings who the boss was. The boy held her arm tightly as she stood behind him. She was scared and whispered to him that they should run away. He was firmly opposed to it.

He had to do something, or this could end badly for them. As he was thinking about it, he glanced at her turning bewildered as she furrowed her eyebrows. He looked at himself and figured out that he got invisible.
Normally that would make him angry and sad, because of those inopportune moments this power appeared in, but this time he smiled. He used his power to fight against them, and no matter how strong and fast they were, if they couldn't see their opponent – they had already lost."

"That's actually really cool. I wish I had a power like that one." I heard David say.

"Why do you always have to interrupt me? Just listen quietly, pig!" She snapped at him.

"Well, I would rather be a pig than look like you." He threw a pillow at her, but her fast reflexes made her dodge it. She immediately found another pillow and threw it in his face in return. That looked painful and I could see how he was burning inside after a revenge. If we didn't stop this little fight, it would end up them being mad at each other for another month, again. He looked around the room to find a pillow he could use, and got eyes on the one under my head.

"No, no, no. Forget it!" I yelled at him as  I moved my hands to snatch it as fast as I could. David wasn't faster than me, but he was much more stronger. He grabbed the other side of the pillow and started to pull it towards himself.

Kami was still tuck-sitting on the couch, resting her arms and head on her knees. She was sleeping deeply and none of our noises woke her up.

As he tugged it, he was giggling and having fun. That annoyed me. - I'm trying to save your ass here , and you're just laughing – I thought to myself.
I had to win this. I didn't want to deal with them walking around for a month being grumpy, and I also wanted to save the pillow I loved so much.
I dragged it, not wanting him to have it, but I felt like my arms would soon fall off. My fingers got all red and blue from trying to hold it.

"Let it go!" I tried to stop him, but he wouldn't give up. He was still laughing and I honestly wanted to rub that grin on his face into lava.

"Usually you are so calm, but sometimes you explode like a bomb.  That is so amusing to look at!" David commented and pulled so hard that I almost fell over.
I knew he was just messing with me, but I couldn't stop myself from blushing a little. "Shut up." I muttered.

"...a pink and little bomb." He added.
I immediately turned into a tomato, but regretted instantly because David burst out laughing.
I kicked him in the leg using all my strength, and luckily he let go of my pillow.

"Ouch!" he yelped holding his leg with both of his hands.

Rose was clapping in amusement and enjoyed herself a lot watching this little show.
Somehow, he didn't continue the fight for my pillow, so I could finally relax a little. The reason could maybe be that he got bored of pulling it, but I honestly think he just got tired. He had a long and hard day at work so I can understand him, but that still won't stop me from teasing him about it.
I avoided another big fight happening between this cat and dog, and I felt incredibly good, I was proud of myself.

"Shall I continue then?" Rose spoke after we cooled off and sat down on our spots. I helped Kami to lay down, because sleeping in her position looked very uncomfortable. I didn't even know how she managed to fall asleep in that ridiculous posture.

"There is actually not much left to tell. Those two got along very well, but one day something happened that ruined their fairy tale. They were going to have a date at the cinema, but he never showed up. After not finding him, after thousands of her calls not getting through, she understood what happened. His uncontrollable powers. He got invisible, so she only had one thing to do, wait for him to appear again."

"Did he appear?" David asked impatiently.

"I told you this is a sad story, so, no, he didn't appear."
