Chapter 3 : Interveiw

Y/N's POV

I almost fainted but Paru re-assured me that we will nail this. Time went fast.
And the time came when Paru went in... I wished her luck. She walked in confidently.

Time skipped ( 5 minutes later, 9:00am)

Paru came out with a bright smile on her face. She came towards me...

Paru: Y/n I got selected for the interview!!!!

Y/n: Congrats!! You surely are lucky!

'Token no. 23' was written on the board to come in. I got so nervous.

Paru: Y/n... Dont be scared...All you need to do is to stay calm and answer all questions wisely..

Y/n: Ya your right!! fine I'm going in...

Paru: Best of luck!!

Y/n: Thank you!!!

Finally I went in. Before I could think I found myself infront of 3 people observing me cautiously. I was nervous but I remembered that Paru told me to be myself. I wished them a morning and introduced myself in a short manner, I acted confident. Then they spoke.

Man: You know our company is mostly all about music, so...can you sing?

I got scared but replied.

Y/n:Umm..yes I can but I can't say that I'll meet up to your expectations so excuse me...

They told me it was fine and I started singing. I closed my eyes as I came to a finish. The next thing I heard was...

"You can start your job from tommorow."

Y/n: Yess!!

I was all happy and excited. I thanked them and got out of the room feeling like as if I was on cloud nine. I gave Paru a big hug. We went down to get a hot cup of coffee and sat next to each other in the coffee shop. We both talked a lot and got to know a lot about each other... Surprisingly we both had many things in common. She bid me a 'goodbye' as her taxi came. I then left for my house.
