Chapter 11 - Truth

- Athena POV -

I came back with Jessica carrying bags of food from the korean takeout just down the corner when I saw Jiyong on the couch pondering. I walked up to him and called his name.

'Jiyong oppa. Are you okay?"

"Oh hi. Yeah I guess." Jiyong answered and quickly turn his head to another direction.

"You seem lost, oppa. What's wrong?"

"Nothing... I don't want to talk about it." Jiyong stood up and walked away to his bedroom.

I was left behind feeling confused and worried. I went to put the food down and check up on the other members. They all seem very happy and excited for the party later. I guess they had nothing and had no clue on why Jiyong is sad. I called for lunch and all seven of us sat down to eat the food. Everyone had sensed that something is going on with Jiyong and it was quiet at the dining table.

After everyone had finished their food, Taeyang and I decided to do the dishes and the rest can either relax or continue with their preparations. We didn't talk much during the washing up until I brought up the topic.

"Hey Tae oppa. Did you noticed something is weird with Jiyong oppa? Like he's really down ever since I came back from getting the food. Did something happen to him?" I asked Youngbae with eager eyes, hoping to know something since maybe Jiyong could have told his best friend about it.

"No, I wondering about it too during dinner time. Why don't you go ask him?" Taeyang prompted me and after wiping the final dish, I headed for GD's room and knocked on the door three times.

"Come in~" I went in and saw Jiyong lying down on the shared bed.

"Hello. Anything I can help you with?" He said getting up to lean against the headboard.

"Hi. It's not much of a help but if it's okay, could you share what's making you upset and confused? You've been acting like that since dinnertime." I quietly asked him, hoping that I won't get kicked out or get scolded.

"Well, it's actually about the DNA results. The results came back to be positive." I immediately froze on the spot at what he just said. No way... I don't believe it.

"Does..that..mean..I'm your long lost sister?" I gulped, anxiously waiting for his reply.

"Yes. You are my long lost sister. It means that you were the baby that had gotten switched in the hospital." He said with a slight hint of sadness mixed with fear.

"What should I do now?" I suddenly broke down into tears and cried non-stop. Jiyong was dumbfounded as he tried to calm me down.

"We'll get through this together okay? Remember that Athena. You won't be alone, oppa is here with you." He continued to pat me and I slowly stopped crying.

Just then, the door flew open and five bodies crashed on top of each other. I jumped into Jiyong's arms and he too looked surprised.

"What are you guys doing at the door? Were you all eavesdropping our conversation?" I eyed each one of them and their all looked away.

"We're sorry, but we were worried about Jiyong hyung and you," Youngbae confessed and the other fours' heads were also drooping down.

'Sorry Athena, sorry hyung!" They apologized. Jiyong and I walked up to them and gave them a big hug.

"It's okay. Thank you for your concerns." We said and they promised to help us get through this matter together.

- End of Athena's POV -

Loud music could be heard. EDMs were played at the poolside. The party has begun. The charismatic BIGBANG is nowhere to be seen, only five guys with two girls having fun dancing. Seungri was in charge of the songs and he chose many good dance songs. Top and Daesung were making drinks for everyone and a few were hitting the tiny dance floor. Everyone was having a great time. Youngbae pushed everyone into the pool and we had all sorts of games and races.

"I won!!! Uh-huh!!!" Daesung cheered while shaking his hips to the rhythm. Everyone sat down and played 'would you rather', taking turns to ask each other which celeb would they prefer to date. They also talked about the old days and the future plans for themselves, whether they would want to start a family or stay single. The alcohol started to kick in for everyone and they were starting to get a little tipsy.

For safety purposes, they decided, while being half-drunk, to go back in and only clean the mess up tomorrow morning after they had relieved their hangover. Athena, Seunghyun and Daesung fell asleep on the sofa; Jiyong and Athena had went back to their own rooms to collapse on the bed. Seungri and Jessica was slightly less drunk than the rest and they were just in Seungri's room talking.

- Seungri POV - 

Oh how I love moments like this, spending time with the one I love. She looks so cute when the cheeks are bright red. Her words were slightly slurred but to me it seemed adorable. We talked about her ex, my ex, our pasts, our future together and most importantly, our love for each other.

"Why do you love me?" Jessi asked me. I couldn't think of anything to say but it then suddenly hit me.

"I love you because of who you are, being true to me and to yourself. I love everything about you, no matter how much trouble you make or go through, I will still love you." I confidently said it. She came closer and whispered "I love you too" into my ear. It's been so long since someone has loved me like this. My heart was pumping rapidly and blood rushed all over my body. I leaned over to give her a peck on the lips when she grabbed my face and pulled in deeper. It had turn into a full blown kiss. 

Her plump lips had a faint taste of alcohol, but it didn't really matter. All that mattered was we love each other and I was glad that we could spend the night cuddling with each other.

We exchanged "I love you"s and said a tiny prayer before going to bed. She fell asleep as soon as I started patting her back, the way my mom would put me to sleep every night when I was younger. Soon after, I fell asleep too.

- End of Seungri's POV -

The next morning, everyone woke up feeling groggy and hungover. To everyone's surprise, Seungri decided to wake up early to prepare food for his hyungs and the two girls. He was stirring the pot of stew when a pair of arms wrapped around his waist.

"Morning oppa~" Jessica cooed.

"Oh, you're up! Morning baby." Seungri held one of her hand and brought her to his side. He gently placed his arm around her waist and kissed her forehead. Jessi blushed at the actions and wrapped her arm around him too. They slowly made the stew and set up the table together. Just then, Daesung walked into the dining room.

"Morning everyone, it's sad to think that this is the last day we are staying here." Daesung pulled out a chair and sat down. The remaining people arrived at the table soon after and the food was served.

"Wow this looks good. Thank you for the food Seungri and Jessi." They all said and they started to dig in. The hangover started to go away and they cleaned their plates after the hearty stew. Seunghyun proposed that they should go to the beach for a stroll so off they went to change their clothes.

"Okay guys, let's go!" Jiyong who was wearing a sleeveless shirt, short, sunglasses and a hat lead the group to the beach.

"AAAAHHHHHH" Seungri scream to the ocean as he was mesmerized by the spectacular scenery. Athena, Daesung and Seunghyun started to build a sandcastle and the rest went to catch hermit crabs. They had a good time together, laughing with each other, making footprints in the sand, writing stuff on the sand, burying one another and much more.

They went back to shower and pack their belongings up. At 2pm, they left the place and went back to the hotel.
