Chapter 5 - Meeting

- Athena POV -

I saw a shadow walking towards me. I turned around and my eyes met Jiyong's worried eyes. He greeted me and my friend and slowly sat down on the couch with me. He motion Jessica to leave the room first, and she could go find the rest of the members. Then, Jiyong placed some cushions behind my back and helped me sit in a more comfortable and higher position.

'Are you okay? I'm terribly sorry for what had happened just now. Is your leg still painful?' Jiyong worriedly asked me.

'Yeah, I'm better. It's still painful and aching a lot tho. About just now, it's not your fault, and thank you for catching me before I fell.'

'Better put some ice on it' and so Jiyong placed the bag of cold ice on the swollen ankle.

'Is it better?' Jiyong asked.

'Yea, it's helping, thanks. I'm really grateful to meet you, you look better in person and really kind too.'

'Aww, thanks. By the way, what's your name? I just realized that I didn't know your name.'

'Oh, hahaha! I actually said it on stage. My name is Athena, and I'm eighteen this year.'

'Oh, nice too meet you Athena. Say, could we exchange numbers? I'd be glad to talk to you again.'

'Sure!'

And so we exchanged numbers, I couldn't believe it, I have G-Dragon's number!

'Thanks for your number! Can I ask, are you korean? Cause you look like one, similar to me in a way but yet you have an Australian accent.'

'Oh about that, I'm actually an adopted child here. My current parents found me and brought me to their home. My real name is actually Kwon Da Yeon, but I normally use my english name.'

'Your surname is Kwon? Hey, that's my surname too! And strangely enough, you do look a bit like me. Do you know that I'm looking for my long lost sister? Chances are low but it may be you.'

'Nah, you're GD and I'm just a fan. How can I be your long lost sister? It will probably happen only in my dreams.'

'Well, you never know, but the chances are really low. How is your leg now? Better?'

'Slightly better. But it's still hurting a lot.' I answered Jiyong as I made a cute sad face.

'That's not good. Maybe I should bring you to a hospital to check.'

'Will that be fine? I'm sorry for causing you to go through all this trouble to take care of me.'

'Nah, it's okay. In fact, I should be the one apologizing because I made you become like this. I'm sorry.'

'It's okay and thanks for taking care of me. I'm really grateful for this.'

'You're welcome. I'm very fortunate to meet such a cute fan! And please call me oppa, ok?' Jiyong said as he pinched my checks.

'Hahaha, okay oppa. Let's go to the hospital now, but we should also tell Jessica about this.'

'Alright. Let's go now!'

Jiyong and I went to find Jessica and the other members. We found and saw them all having a good time in the other waiting room. They were all laughing, poking each other and and teasing each other. They were all seated in a circle, but I saw Jessica and Seungri really close together, as if they had feelings for each other. It was weird because Jessica's bias was Daesung and furthermore she just met all of them. I nudged Jiyong and pointed at the two love birds. He too agreed with me that something was fishy between the both of them.

We went into the room and informed them that we're going to the hospital to check up on my ankle. We then left the room and went downstairs to Jiyong's manager's car. Throughout the journey, we talked about ourselves joked around. It all stopped when Jiyong said something.

'Hey Da Yeon. Would you allow me to take a strand of your hair to test your DNA whether it's similar to mine? Somehow I keep having a gut feeling that you're my long lost sister' Jiyong shared his thoughts while asking me for my permission.

'I guess I can lend you a strand of my hair. But just to let you know, I doubt I'm related to you. Furthermore, don't you have to leave for another country?'

'I must leave here in about a week's time. But until then, I'm pretty much free everyday, so I can wait for the results.'

Just as Jiyong finished talking, we arrived at the hospital. He piggybacked me to the ER and told the nurses about my condition. The nurses took some forms and had me fill them up. While I was filling up the forms, Jiyong plucked a strand of my hair and kept it in a tiny container that he had asked for. About five minutes later, the nurses called my name and told me that the doctor is ready to see me. Jiyong piggybacked me again and sat me down at the patient's chair.

The checkup on my ankle went pretty smoothly. The doctor said that I had sprained it and I would need a supporting cast and I was not allowed to do any extreme stuff for two weeks.

'That wasn't so bad right?' Jiyong asked as he turned to me.

'Yea, surprisingly. The painkiller injection is working really well, I don't feel much pain now.'

After I got the supporting cast on, we went to collect my medicine and Jiyong went to pay the bill. He then met up with a doctor and ask whether he could compared my DNA with his. The doctor took his and my strand of hair and told us that the result will be out in a few days time.

'Well, that's done. Thank you for everything oppa!'

'You're welcome. We'll just need to wait for a few days to know whether you are really my long lost sister.'

'But what if I'm really your sister? What can we do about it?'

'I don't know. I haven't thought about it yet. Well we'll wait for the results then only we'll plan what will happen next. Don't worry about it now. Let's have some food, I'm starving.'

'Okay oppa. Hmm, how about that restaurant over there?'

'Sounds good. Look! They serve galbi! Hurry up, let's go.'
