The whole week it was just Jolien and I talking about what will happen on friday. I felt my wolf getting all giddy the day before we left so I decided to go for a run in wolf form. I read online when I first shifted that when you because a werewolf that your wolf is an old wolf soul, so with that soul you have to build a relationship with it and get it to trust you. As for my wolf we get along perfectly. There are some cases where the wolf and shifter don't get along and it's a fight for dominance. Those are the scary wolves I don't wish to meet. As I went into the woods I heard my dads car pull up outside so I made a dash out after leaving a note saying I'm going mushroom hunting.

That was a close call. My wolf said to me as I shifted. I know that's why I ran. I said back to her as we walked the woods. I got to the river at the end of my territory and stopped for a drink when I heard a snap of twigs. I shifted back into my human form and hid behind a huge rock. "Alpha why are we out of our territory?!?" I heard someone say. I realized it was the Alpha and Beta of another pack. As the Alphas daughter it was my job to take care of the pack seeing as my father is too irresponsible to. "I need to follow the smell! It smells so sweet like cotton candy." I hear a familiar voice. I mentally gasped as I felt a pull towards the person. I looked over the rock and to my surprise I saw Elliot and another person.

My wolf went nuts again and I shook it off. I started to loose my balance and before I could save myself I slipped and fell into a mud puddle, wrecking my boots, jeans, and shirt in the process. They both turned to me quickly growling so loud. I growled back and got ready to fight. I realized I shifted before they saw who I was. "Show who you are before we attack I would like to know who I will be killing!" Elliot said but I then heard my father scream into the woods for me. His words slurring and I sensed him swaying. I noticed that I gave a scared look and ran off. I can't ignore an Alphas call especially when I know what will happen if I do...

Once I was far enough away to know I wasn't being followed anymore I chanced back. I picked a handful of mushrooms up and walked inside. "Yes father?" I asked trying to be respectful so he would take it easy on me. "I saw your note you left for me and thought it was bullshit but you seem to have spoken the truth." He said eyeing me up and down to see if I was lying or not. "Well why did you go to get mushrooms?" He asked me thinking he had me cornered but I had planned for him to ask me that. "So that I could make mushroom soup so you can have dinner tomorrow night." I said without missing a beat. He raised an eyebrow. "Oh and where will you be?" He questioned so I showed him the paper he signed saying I was aloud to spend the night at Joliens house.

He gave a pissed off look but shockingly walked away. "I'm going out to get some more drinks. If you leave this house then you will be punished so be warned!" He yelled as the door slammed shut. I have never really considered him my father since I have pretty much been on my own since I was 9 when my mom died. I then heard a howl that sounded like an Alphas one but something was different. This howle held so much pain in it. I felt like I wanted to just curl up and cry from the sound. "I really shouldn't leave..... but the whole sounded so hurt.... oh fuck it!" I finally decided to go and check it out, I mean being the Alpha of the pack pretty much I need to make sure everyone was safe and okay.

When I got to the place where the howl came from I saw the most horrifying site any werewolf could see.
