~ 11:00 pm ~
Snuggling myself into the comfy bed of Jimin's guest room, I turned off the light of the room with a remote and closed my eyes to sleep.
But suddenly, I heard a ruffling sound coming from the window, causing my eyes to instantly open.
Oh, it's just a tree brushing against the window.
Attempting to get some sleep, I shut my eyes once again.
But suddenly, I heard flapping sounds coming from the outside, causing my eyes to immediately open again.
Oh, it's just a bird.
Shutting my eyes back, I was once again awoken by knocking sounds coming from the window.
Hastily opening my eyes in fear, I rolled my eyes at the sight of the bird from earlier knocking it's beak onto the window.
Alright, that's it. I can't sleeping in this room.
Grabbing a pillow with me, I scooted off the bed and lazily walked towards the door, exiting the room as I headed to Jimin's room.
Although I knew it was going to be awkward as hell between us because of that little incident that happened a few hours ago, I was not going to sleep alone in that scary ass room all by myself.
Coming upon his door, I nervously gulped as I anxiously placed my hand on the doorknob.
Timidly twisting it open, I peeked in his room, only to see Jimin already fast asleep on his bed.
Planning to just sleep on the edge of his bed, I cautiously shut his door and tip-toed over to his bed.
"What do you want?"
I flinched in surprise from his sudden voice, only to see him sit up in his bed as he sleepily rubbed his eyes.
"Sorry to wake you up but uh, c-can I sleep here for tonight?" I sheepishly asked, nervously hugging my pillow as I waited for his response.
"Are you kidding me Hyerin? You're already 23 years old and you can't even sleep by yourself?" Jimin asked in utter disbelief, causing me to pout in embarrassment.
"I-I can! It's just, your guest room's really scary..." I fearfully muttered, definitely not wanting to go back to that haunted room.
He let out a deep, disappointed sigh as he laid his back onto the bed again.
"Fine."
Hearing his response, a delighted smile immediately appeared on my face, extremely happy at the fact that I didn't have to sleep in the guest room.
I hurriedly walked over to his bed and entered his comfy, soft blanket, immediately placing my pillow in between us.
"... What're you doing?" Jimin curiously asked, referring to the barrier I had just created.
"Just so you won't come near me while I sleep." I replied as I snuggled into the blanket and faced my back towards him.
I heard him let out a small laugh as he snuggled into the blanket as well.
"Whatever."
~ The Next Morning ~
My eyes fluttering open, I couldn't help but feel a bit weighed down by a heavy object on top of my body.
Realizing it was just Jimin, wrapping both his arms and legs around my body like some sort of koala, my cheeks flared up.
"J-Jimin!" I shouted, causing his eyes to gradually flutter open.
