Chapter Twelve- Hi Finnball

Stampy's POV

"I can explain," I said.

"Later," Lee said, walking to me and grabbing my arm. "Come on, Finnball's in trouble."

"What happened?"

"You said to say hi, right? Well, I thought it would be a good time if Finnball came here. That way you could say hi and stuff, mate. His boat flipped upside down and he almost drowned though. Amy took him to your hospital," Lee explained, leading us.

"Oh my goodness. Why are Rosie and Amy here?" I looked at Rosie. "Not that I don't want you to be here, but-"

"It's okay, Stamps," she smiled. We arrived at the hospital and saw Jason and Finnball both laying in the same room.

"Where's Ty?" Adam asked. "He said he was going to be here, watching Jason."

"Where's Amy?" Lee asked. Then, I heard voices talking across the hall. Adam and I went to see what it was. But of course it was Ty and Amy. Holding hands?

"Hey Sky, Stampy. Guess what? Amy and I are dating!" Ty said, never losing Amy's eyes.

"Yeah, we've got a lot in common," Amy added, staring back. Lee ran in, shouting, "Finnball! He's awake!"

We ran into Finnball and Jason's room. Finnball was muttering something, but then he saw me.

"L-Lee told me t-that you wanted t-to say hi, S-Stamps," he stuttered and smiled. "Hi."

"Hi," I replied, sitting next to the bed. Rosie and Lee were holding his hands.

"Well, I-I've got t-to go," Finnball said, closing his eyes.

Go? Where?

"Finnball?" Lee and I called in unison.

Adam wrapped one of his arms around my shoulder.

"No!" Lee shouted. "He can't be gone."

I turned away from them and snuggled into Adam's chest. I softly sobbed as I heard Lee and Rosie bawl. Amy had a muffled cry, probably hugging Ty. Adam petting my fur, trying to calm me down.
