The Unthinkable

Chapter 5

Eleni's POV- the training room

All of our group members are here with me in the training room.Allie came back from Asgard with Thor because today was mandatory for us to come. If we weren't here, they would ban them from seeing each other. We would have free time later. We were called here at 9am. I don't know why some of us have to be here if we aren't going into battle. It makes no sense. It's been about 5 minutes and then a instructor comes in.

"Hello my name is Ward. I will be your trainer. Now I know what you are all wondering, Why do we need to train. The first reason is that it is mandatory. The second reason is if you were ever in a situation that you would need some defensive skills, you would have them. It's good for you all to learn. Now the first station we will be doing is how to shoot a gun."

For the next 10 minutes he talks and demonstrates on how to shoot a gun. I daydream most of the time because I already know how to shoot a gun. Captain looks at me. I have no idea why the avengers are here, I mean, shouldn't they now this? Black Widow aka Natasha Romanoff stands up, takes the gun from ward, and shoots. BANG! She hits the target dead center. BANG BANG BANG BANG! She hits all of the targets dead center while running.

Allie's POV

Omg! My role model totally went bad ass in front of my own eyes! I check another box on my mental bucket list. Now for Thor to take his shirt off and I would be on a role. Ward looks at Widow in shock. Hah. Why would be shocked? She is like the best shot in the entire world. She looks at us and sits back down.

"Okay now , everyone choose a gun and start shooting at targets. Avengers, you may do what you wish." Ward says.

We all go to get a gun and go in our shooting range. I don't know how to shoot a gun and neither does Thor or Niall. Thor is in the stall next to me. He picks up the gun, inspects it for a minute and then says , "SCREW IT". He grabs his hammer and I have a feeling I know what he is going to do. He throws the gun to the other side of the room with his left hand and throws his hammer from his right hand. CRASH! He broke the wall. He looks at me and smiles. I smile at him back. The next thing he does is take his shirt off. O my goodness. His body is like perfect to look at! I stare at him for what seems like forever and he smiles. He then hugs me. His hugs feel like the sun but muscular. Everyone is staring at me and him. I don't care. It's Thor goddamn it! We break apart and Niall looks sad. I didn't mean to hurt his feelings. We all continue shooting. I'm an okay shot and so is Megan. Eleni is again getting them all in the middle. She is as good as ward but not as good as Widow. Liam and Captain keep checking her out. I'm happy for her. Megan is being approached by Harry.

Megan's POV

I shoot a couple of more rounds and then I feel someone watching me. I put the gun down and see Harry.

"Hey!" he says with a smile.

"Hey" I smile back.

"you know you are supposed to hold the gun like this"

He comes behind me and places his hands on mine. He guides my hand to lift the gun up. His hands are so warm and they feel safe. I want him to hold my hand forever. We stay like this for about 7 minutes because Ward comes back. Damn it Ward, why couldn't you stay away? We break apart and contine shooting. I'm a much better shot than Harry and we start a competition. Who can shoot and reload the fastest? I shoot the fastest but he reloads the fastest. We smile at each other when we miss.

Eleni'POV

I continue shooting right in the center of the target. I'm not as good as Widow but I can at least defend myself quite good. I have shot at least 200 rounds in the center until Captain comes up.

"Dang, you can really shoot can you? you are a good shot. Now how about throwing?"

"What do you mean?"

"My sheild."

"That would be cool! How about if I show you around New York sometime?"

"Tomorrow?"

"Sure! that sounds great. Tomorrow at 7am be ready." I wink and smile and he smiles back.

Liam then approaches me.

"We are still on for the Coldplay tonight right?"

"Of course!"

I smile and he smiles back and walks away. I turn around and continue shooting.
