DISCONTINUED: Time To Brawl Once Again! (Bakugan)

Mascarade...

I slowed my run once I was out of the house.

I needed air...

I needed to get away from the craziness that just happened after just one battle.

Who did they think I was, a bakugan slayer?"

" Hey, you ok?"

I looked down at Aqua in my pocket, and tried to give him a reassuring smile.

" Y-Yeah, totally. One-hundred percent..." I mumbled as I looked away.

" ...You sure?"

I sighed. " I've only been back for two hours, and already I'm being judged all over again, and for what, how I play bakugan now?"

" You'd be surprised on how much has changed here."

My eyes snapped up as I heard the soft, yet familiar voice enter my head.

That voice...

I turned around, feeling myself stop as I saw him.

The old image of a kid with the blue, sharp glasses, crying as other kids teased him for his type of bakugan, me pushing them away.

...We became friends after that.

But then, probably a week or two before I left, he just, disappeared.

The tears had found their ways into my eyes.

" Mascarade..." I muttered out, the name clicking in to the strange fellow.

He smirked at me. " Long time no see, eh Desty?"

I felt the previous feelings get replaced by an annoyed, and angry type of feeling.

" I told you not to call me that..." I told him.

He chuckled. " When did you get back?"

" A couple of hours ago... where did you go?"

" Battle, get stronger, etc."

I smirked. " Typical you."

He chuckled, and a sort of gleam enter his glasses, making me confused, until I heard a scream.

Marucho...

" Hey, how about we brawl, been a while since we had the chance, right?"

I looked over, seeing a herd of people race towards me.

The group.

I felt the anger rise in me as I remembered Runo hitting me, the others judging me, Marucho looking at me like I came from another universe.

" Destiny, I have a bad feeling about this..." Aqua stated.

" Not now Aqua, we need to brawl."

I pulled out my card, making Mascarade smile in victory, pulling out his as well.

"Field open!" He exclaimed.

..." Field open..." I said softly.

" Destiny, WAIT!!"

Everything disappeared around us.

And I was stuck in the third brawl of today.

We were now stand across from each other.

I pulled out my card, placing it in the game.

Mascarade seemed to do one as well.

It made me start to feel a little concerned.

This, didn't seem like the Mascarade I remembered...

" Destiny, whatever he threw down, it doesn't sound so good."

"... I know."

I was defeated.

I fell down, the bruises all over my body, and clothes.

" Destiny!!" My brother cried out, making me snap up.

The whole group was there, watching as Mascarade walked away.

" You, you aren't my friend... are you?"

" No, your friend died a long time ago." Mascarade replied.

I tried to get up, to chase after him, something!!

But, my body protested, making me fall over again.

But, I was then pulled up by two people.

I knew they weren't Marucho or my parents, my Mom would have perfume, my Dad would have cologne, and Marucho is shorter that me.

I let an eye peak open, seeing Runo and Dan helping me to the bench.

I pushed them off. " I can walk by myself."

" Destiny... you just lost some of your bakugan, I don't think you can walk right now..." Marucho stated. " And Aqua..."

" Aqua's perfectly fine." I stated as I sat down.

Now all the eyes were on me, shocked and confused.

I pulled out Aqua as he uncurled from his fall, giving one of his hands a little wave.

And, with my other hand...

I pulled out my Haos Reptak.

" Who ever said I just had Aquos bakugan?"

Sorry it's short, but I'm tired, and schools not even over yet!! I plan to sleep, and work on more chapters, lol
