Trinity's POV
I wake up and stretch, the light from my window practically blinding me, and hear my phone alarm go off two minutes after I woke up. I hate it when it does that because it usually means something strange is going to happen today. As I get out of bed I check my Instagram to see what my favorite celebrities have posted today, and with that I go get ready for school. I hate Mondays.

I go out to my kitchen to get breakfast and sing to myself softly while my mom gets ready for work. She's a kindergarten teacher at my school. I'm a sophomore here and my school goes from kinder to 12th so I'm stuck here till then.

I live in a literal desert. Arizona winters would be like any other states summer. The temperature here is never lower than 30 degrees Fahrenheit and can always get higher than 110 degrees. You gotta love life here...
Anyways my school requires uniforms which rlly doesn't help with weather either. But it has its bonuses.

The friends I have that haven't stabbed me in the back are the best friends I've ever had. Maddy, Grace, Julia, Jackson and, Noah whom I usually refer to as bestie (long story). What I meant by "friends that haven't stabbed me in the back" is a situation that I always am in at the beginning of the year. Every new grade means new people, who I always make sure have at least one friend. This has worked 1/3 times. The first time I tried this method the girl pretended to be my friend for two years while completely bashing me behind my back. The second time was Grace, who is one of the greatest friends I've ever had. The third time was Lexie, my now mortal enemy whom I hate with a burning passion. She randomly decided I was stupid and obnoxious and didn't deserve her trust and I said I wouldn't forgive her.

We have a lack of cute boys at our school, and by lack I mean that there aren't any. It's probably because this town is so small. The population here is only around 15,000. I know that sounds like a lot but it's not. Phoenix has a few million. Long story short, no cute boys=no crush.

I wonder why I woke up like that...
