Just Imagine
***
Imagine a meadow without any flowers,
Imagine the sky without the sun.
Imagine a sorcerer without its powers,
Imagine a gangster without a gun.
***
Imagine a cowboy without its hat,
Imagine a clock without its hands.
Imagine Ratatouille without a single rat,
Imagine a singer without any fans.
***
Imagine Romeo without Juliet,
Imagine Snow White without the seven dwarves.
Imagine a fault without regret,
Imagine a row boat without any oars.
***
Just imagine that there were only bad days,
That the sun never came out from behind the clouds.
Just imagine after Friday came Monday,
That there wasn't a single smile amongst the crowd.
***
Imagine what it would be like without goodnight kisses,
What it would be like without a hug like a bear.
What it would be like without any promises
That whatever happens, you'll always be there.
***
But here I am, in no need to imagine,
For I have everything I can possibly desire!
To make people happy is your greatest passion,
You smile away the tears when I cry.
***
These illusions of things that are missing,
They're just like what life would be without you.
You cannot imagine how happy a feeling,
I wish with my whole heart that you can feel it too!
***
This bubbly feeling deep down in your stomach,
That one cannot feel unless one has as wonderful a mom as you.
