Seokjin wasn't going to mop around about the fact that he and Namjoon had a stupid fight and that he is going to spend New Year's Eve alone. Not at all.

I promise to write more and be more active in 2018 (well, hopefully..)* * *
Seokjin turned up the volume of the speakers and started to sway to music. He was stumbling a little, and he wasn't sure if it was because of his natural clumsiness and that his flat is too small and full of things or because he had too much to drink.
He stopped, the world swimming around him. Okay, he was definitely drunk.
He sat down, and started to sing along to the song. He wasn't going to mop around about the fact that he and Namjoon had a stupid fight and that his plans of spending a romantic New Year's Eve with Namjoon is ruined. No, he is fine. He can have fun on his own, or he can even call Yoongi and drag him around the city if he wanted to. He was sure Yoongi wouldn't mind...much.
Maybe he should bring Hoseok too, just to make sure that Yoongi would come.
His phone vibrated in his pocket and he almost let it fall on the floor from how quick he was trying to get it out of his pocket.
Joonie.
He waited a couple of seconds. He shouldn't respond. Some childish part of him wanted to make him feel worried, make him feel guilty that he said everything he said that night.
The song died and his ringtone became loud in the quiet room.
The minute passed and Seokjin silently congratulated himself for not giving in, not really feeling any better. He decided that he needed another drink.
He was in the kitchen when the phone rang again, and he practically ran to pick it up.
He berated himself for not keeping to his word as he flipped his phone open.
"Hey," Namjoon said.
"What do you want?" Seokjin sat down, and tried to force himself not to say anything stupid. He was going to have a heart of steel. Namjoon wasn't going to get away with it that easily this time.
Namjoon sighed. "Look, I-I'm sorry. That was stupid. I was just stressed. I took it out on you, and I shouldn't have done that," he said. "Can I come over and we can talk about this? Please?"
Seokjin knew that making Namjoon come when he was this drunk meant that they would either have another fight or he would end up forgiving him too easily.
He considered his options.
"I will get us something to eat," Namjoon suggested. Seokjin could imagine how he looked right now; with a tentative small smile on his face, and the awkward posture that he always had when he was trying to apologise.
Damn his weak heart. "Okay."
