By the time I got there Marah was already ordering.
" M-Marah! Wait for me! " I ran next to him and looked to see what I want. I decided on nachos and a 12 pack thing of tacos to hide in my room. Marah ordered almost everything on the menu. I rolled my eyes playfully and we sat down. I could see Olivia and Kennedy from the corner of my eye at a different table. They were watching us.
" Hey Marah, is that Olivia and Kennedy? " I asked pointing to them. And Marah looked over and blushed and got up.
" G-Guys! Go away! " Marah said shooing them out the door they gave him a thumbs up and he blushed more.
" S-Sorry..Ken and Oli are weird. " I smiled and started eating my nachos.
" So are we. " I said and Marah bit into a taco.

We were just talking having a good time when all the sudden Marah asked,
" Hey, (Y/N)? What did you mean by don't touch him yesterday at school? Who were you talking to? "
Everything went quiet for a second but it felt like forever when I finally spoke.
" I see things and hears things sometimes too. A shadow was gonna touch you. I got protective... " I blushed.
" Why were you so protective we barley knew each other. " I blushed and Marah did too.
" B-Because...I don't know what the Shadow would do? " I said uncertain.
" Wanna go back to the park? " Marah said.
" Y-Yeah, let's go. " With that we left and took our leftovers to the park.
