Chapter 11

   By Tuesday, everyone knew about Reyna's dad.

   By Wednesday, everyone knew about Reyna and Keegan

   "Hey Mia. Have you heard about Keegan's new girl," Elena said. "Yeah. Bet it won't even last a week," Mia Hall responded. Reyna just rolled her eyes. She felt a hand hit the back of her head. "How about you walk away? Thanks." Elena looked shocked. She grabbed Reyna's arm and pulled her up. She got in her face. "You listen here. Keegan might be with you now but it won't last long. He belongs to me, not you. Understand?" Elena said quiet enough for only Reyna to hear. Elena backed away and smiled. "I'm throwing a party this Saturday night and you are all invited." Elena turned to face Reyna. "Even you." Elena smiled another fake smile and walked away. Reyna sat back down with her friends. "Are you okay Reyna?" Olivia asked. Reyna smiled. "I'm fine. So, about that party." "Are you going with Reyna?" Celeste asked. "I don't know," Reyna responded. "Well Prince Charming is headed this way," Celeste said. Reyna looked towards the line and saw Keegan walking her way. 

   Keegan sat down next to Reyna. "Your ex girlfriend was over here. She's having a party this weekend." Keegan took a bite of his ham and cheese sandwich. "Oh yeah? You going?" Keegan asked. Reyna blushed. "I was thinking that maybe we could go together." Keegan stopped chewing and looked at Reyna. "Or not," Reyna said slowly. "No. No that's not it. I want to go with you. Just didn't think you were the party type." Reyna giggled. "You don't know me at all." Keegan raised an eyebrow. "Okay you are right." Keegan nodded. "So what is the real reason you want to go?" Keegan asked. Reyna looked down at her feet. "Elena got in my face and she said that we would be over in a week. She said you were hers and not mine." Keegan looked at Reyna in disbelief. "Don't believe her." 

   "Oh hey there Kee." It was Elena. "Don't call me that," Keegan said through clenched teeth. "Awe babe. Don't pretend like you don't miss me." Reyna rolled her eyes. "Elena, get it through your thick head. I don't like you." Elena scoffed. "Well, you won't be saying that on Saturday." Elena flipped her hair and walked away with her crew. Keegan looked at Reyna. "Don't let her get to you. You are mine." Reyna smiled at Keegan. "I love you," she mouthed. "I love you too," he mouthed back.
