Love is Strange

Part 2

In Mitsuru's room:

"Hey I have to work tonight with Akira and Mahiru so your on your own but I've brought a drink and some snack up, at the end of my shift I'll come back with more if your still awake, oh and Nozomu and Misoka are looking for you, um maybe I should explain that we are not human-" Tania shot up from reading the book "What?!" she said now fully listening, "Us four boys are not human we are demons, the only human here is Mahiru but besides that none of us want to hurt you we only want to help" Mitsuru said giving a snack to her "if you are demons you will also be hunted" Tania said wide eyed, "hunted?! Your being hunted?...wait we'll be hunted?" Mitsuru said sitting on the end of his bed. "Yes I'm being hunted by the demon hunters, and that's how I got shot-"

"Shot, you've still got your wound," Mitsuru said standing up "No I don't when I transformed my tail back I also healed my leg" Tania said laughing at the look on Mitsuru face 'I'll just leave out the part where it only healed the skin' she thought to herself.

"Okay but what about these demon hunters?" He said calming down,

"Well I don't know much about them, but I do know they can track me by my tail which means they could be on their way here right now" Tania said just realizing that everyone was in danger, "I have to go now" she grabbed the chain and pulled on it moving it half an inch. "Stop, look we'll protect you so don't worry alright, I give you my word as a Tengu," He said holding his hand over his heart. "Tengu?" Tania said now looking at Mitsuru. "Yer that's what I am a Tengu, and Nozomu is a Vampire a good one," Mitsuru added by the look on Tania's face, "Misoka is a Kitsune and last but not least Akira, he is a Werewolf, god forbid he's hyperactive."

Tania was about to answer back when knocking came at the door "Mitsuru?" it was Mahiru, "it's time for your shift to start" Mitsuru went to the door "yep I'll be down in a minute."

"Be careful the demon hunters can come pretending to be customers" Tania added before he left, "I will."

5 hours later

"Wow that was a busy night," Akira said dropping into the chair next to Mahiru, "Yeah I am pooped," Mahiru said between drinking her drink.

Mitsuru was cleaning up and thanking God that the hunters didn't show up when Nozomu and Misoka showed up.

"Hey we couldn't find her guys it's like she vanished" Nozomu complained while sitting down at the same table as Akira and Mahiru.

Mitsuru snickered, Misoka turned around and said: "want to add something, Mitsuru?"

Everyone looked at him.

"No, what gave you that idea," Mitsuru growled, angry that he got caught.

"You were snickering" Misoka stated

"Was not!" Mitsuru shouted taking off to his room.

"That's the Mitsuru we know," Nozomu said after he had raced up the stairs.

Upstairs:

Mitsuru snuck into Mahiru's room and took a pair of pajamas for Tania and a new couple of clothes before running into his bedroom, Tania was sitting at the window sill looking at the stars and the moon when Mitsuru came in.

She looks beautiful in the moonlight. Mitsuru thought and this time didn't take it back,

"Here is a pair of pajamas for you and some clothes for tomorrow, their Mahiru's though so they might be tight," Mitsuru said handing Tania the clothes.

"Thank you... Um, can you turn around while I get changed please" Tania said blushing.

"Oh yeah sure," Mitsuru said blushing a bright red when he turned around, "done, what do you think?" Tania said a few minutes later.
