John's POV

I walked over to my lunch table with my friends Rose, Kanaya, Dave, Jade, Karkat, Roxy, Jake, Dirk, and Jane. They seem to be already talking about something. "Well I seem to have a new student, she's moved here and will start to attend our school in a few days." Rose said as I sat down in a seat next to her. Rose teaches others how to play the violin, "She's really good too, she just as good, if not better, than me!" she continued. "What's Her Name?" Kanaya asked wondering, "Her name is (Y/n)," Rose stated. "Can't wait to meet her!" Jade squeaked in. We kept on talking about this topic until we had to go our separate ways.

Reader's POV

Okay, so I was at violin lessons with Ms.Lalonde, though she prefers just Rose, and she then stated, "Well, (Y/n), I have a suggestion, you seem to already perfected most of the set piece. We can start practicing with a piano accompanist, if you like, he's a good friend of mine, actually." I was a little hesitant, I never had an accompanist before.... however, it would make the piece sound better in the competition. "Sure, if you think that's what's best, then I'm okay with it," Rose smiled and said, "Then it's settled, I'll go tell him,"

John's POV

"WHAT!?" I screamed choking on my water. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN I AM GOING TO BE AN ACCOMPANIST?!?!?" Coughing in between. Rose then replies with, "You need to accompany someone someday! This is your chance, plus, she's just as advanced as you, plus, you might enjoy it," "But I don't know her!!" "So? You get to meet someone new," "What if I don't want to show up?" I said trying to sound stubborn, "Then..." she started, leaned in, and lowered her voice almost to a whisper, "I'll shove Betty Crocker products down your throat until you suffocate..." she still had a sweet smile on her face, but her aura was horrific and seemed deadly like poison. "Yes ma'am," I said afraid of the threat she posted. Soon, we all left lunch to go to next period, on my way there, I accidentally crashed into a (h/c) girl, her being shorter than me, fell onto the floor scattering her things everywhere. After a second, I realized what happened and I offered to help her out, I looked up to hand her her things and noticed that she was extremely pretty. "Sorry!" She said in a fearful tone, "It's fine, really!" I exclaimed in an assuring voice. She blushes and grabs her things thanking me and runs off leaving me blushing too. Wait, how come I never seen her around before? Was I that oblivious? Well, that's what my friends say, they call me an oblivious Egderp unless I wanna pull off a prank, than I have my senses amplify.
