The trailer is misleading about Vision's fate. It shows Vision being captured by Thanos' crew and having the Mind Stone attacked by a staff similar to the one that it was housed in when Loki had it. The next scene shows Thanos dropping an Infinity Stone into the Gauntlet. One might assume that is the Mind Stone but upon closer inspection, it is actually the blue Space Stone from the Tesseract not the yellow Mind Stone. I predict Wanda distracts Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive during their attempt to retrieve the Mind Stone. She and Vision barely get away but both live to fight another day.
Thanos will get the Mind Stone, but since Vision has to die for that to happen, it will be the last stone collected. The mind stone is in pictured in the center of the Gauntlet so it would make sense aesthetically to place it last. It is also the only stone where someone necessarily has to die to collect it. That won't happen until the very end of Infinity War or sometime in Avengers 4.
