Mom's best friend Jesse is coming over for a visit. He's in Lima for a week. Mom has told me all about Jesse. He sounds like a very nice guy. But she also told me a man that's not so nice. His name is...BRODY. Brody and Mom used to date three years go. Mom told me that Brody used to beat her until the first drop of blood hit the floor. She told me to watch out for him. If i see him, i should run as fast as i can and to never turn back.

It's 1:30 and Jesse just arrived. He's such a cool guy. Dad likes him too. When Jesse saw Riley he did nothing but smile.

"She's precious you guys! She looks just like her mommy." Jesse smiled at Rachel

"Thanks Jess. But she has her daddy's smile." Rachel smiled at Finn

"How's Makayla with Riley?" Jesse smiled at me.

"She's fantastic. She sings to her almost everyday. She actually wrote a song dedicated to Riley." Mom smiled at me.

"Really? Let me hear you sing kiddo." Jesse smiled at me.

"Umm ok." I was so nervous. What if i mess up?

"Don't be nervous sweetie. Just block everyone out except for Riley. Pretend its just you and her. No one else. Okay?" Jesse grinned at me

"Ok. I'll try." I breathed in and out very heavily and tried to block everyone out except for Riley.

Everyone clapped and smiled at me.

"That was amazing Makayla." Jesse shook my hand.

"How do you feel about making a deal with my record labor?" Jesse grinned at me and held my hand in the palm of his hand

"Oh my gosh..Mom? Dad? Can i?" I was in complete shock. I'm completley shock.

"Of course sweetie! What do you say Finn?" Mom and I looked at Dad hoping he would say yes.

"Absoultly!" Dad smiled at me and patted my shoulder.

"Thank you thank you!" I hugged mom and dad.

"Well you got your self a deal Jesse." I shook Jesse's hand.

"Awesome. Come by Lima Records tomorrow at 3 so i can set you up. I gotta go and find a place to stay. I'll see you guys tomorrow." Jesse was about to leave.

"Wait Jesse why don't you stay here with us?" Rachel held Jesse's arm back.

"Are you guys sure?" Jesse asked

"Sure buddy. Come stay." Finn smiled at Jesse

"Ok. Thanks guys." Jesse smiled at us.

That night, everyone was in bed sleeping except for Makayla. But little did she know that Finn was awake.

Ugh I'm exhausted. Makayla thought to her self. She laid back on her bed with her song book in her hand and fell asleep.

Finn walked into Makayla's room an hour later and went towards her. He put a blanket over Makayla.

"Goodnight Makayla Hudson. I love you baby girl." Finn kissed his loving daughter on the forehead.

After he left her room he into Riley's room to find his sleeping one year old in her crib sucking on her gold star pacifier.

He put a baby blanket over her and kissed her on the forehead.

"Goodnight sweetie. I love you honey."

He walked out and walked into his room to finally drift off to sleep next to his beautiful wife.

He got into bed and wrapped his arms around Rachel. He then kissed her on the head.

"I love you." Finn whispered

"I love you more." Rachel peaked behind her.

Finn paused for a moment and took a breath.

"If You Say So."

Rachel turned over to face Finn and hid into his chest. She shut her eyes closed and smiled.

Finn looked and smiled at Rachel. Then he kissed her on the forehead and held her closer.

I love my life. Finn thought to him self.
