Belle's P.O.V
First thought that came into my mind was, Why aren't these doors opening?
I had ran to the yellow door. My favorite color of course.
I keep pulling and twisting on the door knob, but it's still not opening.
"Princesses." A big voice boomed over the house. I follow my ears to the speaker that I see in the corner of the staircase. "You'll be starting your first challenge in the backyard. The doors to the backyard are now also locked. But they will be unlocked in a few." The voice sounded deep and mysterious. It sounded like beast when he woke up.
Oh I miss beast. His mean growl, his hairy back, he was so nice.
Boom.
I get knocked over. I get back up on my feet to see Jasmine smirking in my face. "Oops." She smiles and keeps moving. Jasmine didn't look the least bit of sorry for what she did. What did I ever do to her?!
Exactly. Nothing at all.
"I-It's fine." I dust off my blue skirt.
I run down the stairs and go through the middle. To see a glass door in the shape of the Disney icon, with a slit down the middle to open and close. The door opens at our arrival.
I walk past the glass doors with a bunch of other princesses right behind me. There is a big field of grass. In the grass were blocks.
There was a stand in the middle of the field with a envelope on it. Immediately Merida runs up to get it.
I don't know who made her in charge or told her to do that. But, I just stand there patiently waiting for her read what's in it. Merida pulls out the letter.
She read "Princesses, in order for you to learn more about the people your living with, you'd have to learn there fairytale. Before you, lay blocks, blocks that have quotes on them from the princesses. You'll need to find a quote that each princess have said. Everyone has there own station with each princess face on it,that has a slot for you to place the cube in. Whoever matches the most correct quotes with the correct princess, will win. You will have seven minutes exactly, starting exactly when you hear the signal. But the signal will not go off into every princess is standing in a white circle. After the challenge you'll be given new directions." She then takes a deep breathe and puts the note back in the envelope.
I turn around to see a empty white circle and walk over to stand in it. Its directly on the edge, where all the blocks of quotes are. I look around to see that all the other princesses are getting in a circle also. To my left is Jasmine and to my right is Rapunzel, who has a pretty, big bun in her hair.
I get into a good starting position.
Ding.
The sound of a loud bell goes off. All the princesses start looking around quickly picking up a block and reading. I grab a block that I knew was ny lucky one that placed right under Cinderella's foot. She tripped a bit but I apologized and she smiled kindly. The block read "I have a plan to break everyone's heart and become friends with them in the end."
Hmmmmm I think quietly to myself, I have two people in mind, Merida or Jasmine. But then again, Anna is pretty nice, so maybe she's the one who's going to be breaking hearts in the end. OMG!This is so hard.
I clutched the box against my chest and run back to my station. I place the cube in Anna's spot. Hey, you never know she could be evil!
I run back out picking up my pace picking up another cube, this cube read "Even though this is a competition, I'll still stay lady like no matter what goes down in that house." Hmmmm....I think really hard. There's only one person I can think of, its clearly Cinderella. I swear this girl is ALWAYS lady like.
Moving quicker then before, I run back to put her quote in her slot.
I continue to pick up quotes and put them in the slot. But, as soon as the bell rings that signals to stop, I had one slot left open waiting for a quote.
Jasmine.
All I know, is that Rapunzel was beasting. But, I just stand there in front of my station patiently waiting.
"Ladies. There is a winner by two points. The top two ladies were Merida...." Dang it! ".....and Rapunzel." I knew it. "By again, only TWO points Merida wins!!!!!!"
Fluck it.
"The order was Merida, Rapunzel, Cinderella, and tied forth was Belle, Ariel and Jasmine. Then Anna, which leaves Snow White as our loser. Snow white, you'll be put up beside another princess to go into elimination round. As for you Merida, you are safe. Your prize is a note from home and to keep one person of your choose safe. Ladies, please go back into the house."
I'm happy for Merida, I really am. But we aren't that close of friends. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I have some serious butt kissing to do.
Once were in the house immediately Jasmine runs over to Merida.
Ugh!
I'm starting to think that quote about being friends and all was from her. She's just UGH!
Someone taps my shoulder. I turn around to see, a red head rolling her eyes. "Is it just me? or is Jasmine acting really fishy!?" Ariel laughs as if, I told her a joke. "Guys, like you and me need to watch out for her." Ariel smiled, a genuine smile.
I like her.
"Yea. But, I'm not much of a downer. I guess we're just gonna have to suck it up." I start to go up the stairs again and see if the doors are open. I'm very tired. For Christ sakes!?, we had to do a challenge on the first day! A princess needs her beauty sleep!
Heading towards the yellow door, I twist the knob to already see a princess, unpacking.
If you guessed Rapunzel, you are correct. Rapunzel whips her head around to the sound of my arrival. "Well hey there roomy!" I wasn't really paying attention to her, I was looking around the room. There were two beds beside each other, both yellow. One with yellow stars, the other with yellow Suns. The beds were pushed up against the wall. Across was a painted wall, that had pieces of everyone's fairytales pieced into one. There was a yellow carpet and a fire place, on the side where there was supposed to be Windows.
Not bad. Not bad at all.
"Yea it's pretty nice." She says after she sees my eyes trailing off the room. I nod, still silent. I'm not much in a talking mood today.
Instead, I run over to the sun covered bed and flop down on it. Burying my head into the pillow, that felt like a big soft cotton ball. Closing my eyes ready for sleep to take over me.
Ummm.....so.....yea....the score board will be posted today. So please look out for that to see what scores everybody have, so far. Oh so yes, Merida wins, YAY! I guess if your a Merida fan. So do me a big favor and comment on who should have the first diary entry. I know everyone will try to pick there favorite for a diary entry, but pretty please pick someone who we haven't seen that much of.
I guess that's pretty much It. Anything I forgot to say will be at the beginning of the score board.
