Now You Tell Me - Jordin Sparks
Pink's POV: The next day.
Niall? And Demi? I felt a tear slide down my cheek and quickly wiped it away agressively. I sniffled, the constant feeling of a rope pulling on my heart, now tugging out of my chest.
"Pink? Are you okay?" Harry knocked on my door quietly.
"Go away."
Harry opened my door, his eyebrows crushed together sympathetically.
"Love, what's wrong?" His green orbs seemed endless and he leaned closer. He put his arm around me, lightly kissing the top of my head.
"N-Niall and Dem-mi," I choked out and Harry sighed.
"I'm sorry, Pink. Niall's a player-"
"But he isn't, Harry!" I cried. "He isn't. He's a sweet, little Irish boy, who loves to slow dance to music and likes to go on long walks in the pouring rain. He's Niall. He's my Niall." I said under my breath.
"I'm sorry, Pink. There's nothing to do."
Harry left me on my own, cuddled up in my warm duvet as the rain drizzled on the roof. I finally climbed out of my bed and I walked up to the window.
I looked out at the big city, bright lights sparkling from tops of roofs and tall skyscrapers. I placed my hand on the cold window, finger prints littered the clear glass.
"Niall. I know you probably are out somewhere with Demi, getting ready in your amazing tuxedo, with your hair in a quiff and your blue eyes all perfect and glittering and... come back. Please." I whispered and I laid my head against the wall. "Help me."
Niall's POV:
"Uncle Si, please-"
"Niall, I know this means a lot to you but no. No matter of arguing is going to release Pink from her contract."
I sighed. "But Simon-"
I'm sorry, Niall. It's already done."
Demi's POV: (waaaat)
"Oh, hey Niall." I held my phone up to my ear. "What's up?"
"I need your help."
"My help? Oh god, Niall. What'd you do now?"
"So there's a girl..."
Pink's POV:
"Love, Simon said we need to go out on a date. I can tell him you're not up to it, if you want." Harry said from the doorway.
I shook my head. "I need to get out of this bed. What do I have to wear?"
"I'll help."
I groaned and surpressed a smile. "Harry, we all know you have no fashion sense."
"Hey! I've made the bandana come back into style."
"Alright."
Harry pulled me over to my closet and ruffled through hangers. "Fancy?" I asked and he nodded.
"We're going to some sort of party that's kinda like a ball."
"Oh." I grabbed a skirt from my closet. It was a long lace skirt, with a shorter skirt under it. It was royal blue, my favorite color.
"Oh, that's so pretty," Harry teased. I shoved him playfully and he grabbed a blue crop top from my closet. "Wear this. And..." He bit his lip, actually contemplating what I should wear. "These." He handed me a pair of nude heels.
"Thank you, Harry. I have to say, you are decent." I said and smiled. "Now go get ready."
One Hour Later
Harry appeared in my bedroom, holding a corsage. He was dressed in a black tux, his hair is a somewhat presentable manner.
"Ready to go milady?"
I giggled and locked arms with him.
"Of course."
We walked out of our apartment, locking the door and Harry leading me to his car. He opened the door for me and I raised my eyebrows.
"A gentleman now, are we?" I asked.
"I'm sorry for my behavior. My family's been, having problems recently. And...uh, I've kinda been taking it out of the guys. And you. I apologize."
I patted his hand. "It's okay, Harry. Hopefully tonight will make up for it. I just want to have fun and forget about the Niall situation."
"Oh, Pink? I think I forgot to mention... Niall's going to be there."
