It's been about 3 weeks since I heard from Jacob, or even saw him, which is a good thing. Things were going great so far, I'm quite busy with thousands of assignments and tests, but it was something that I could handle. After class, I chilled at the cafeteria with the girls and guys for lunch. As usual, Kim was on her phone, Vanessa was talking about her boyfriends and Michelle, well Michelle on the other hand, couldn't seem to stop talking about her band and the talent extravaganza, the guys were talking about basketball, but today, the focus was awkwardly on me.

Michelle: "Jaz, It's about time you got a boyfriend."

Kim and Vanessa: "Mhm!"

Kim: "Girl like I said, let me know if you want me to hook you up!"

Jasmine: "Girl, I told you that I don't swing that way! Guys, I'm happily single" *laughing

Brian: "This time, we all will have to analyze this guy to check on whether we will experience another Jacob experience."

Mike: "Don't worry Jaz, we don't go to gym to just chill, so we'll sort anyone that messes with you again out"

*everyone bursts into laughter

"Thanks, guys, but at the moment I just wanna be alone hey, I'm tired of being in a relationship."

Finally, the focus had moved from me and everyone was focused on their lunch. Michelle told us that one of her band members would be meeting her on campus this afternoon.

I don't understand why I have to be the one that meets Michelle at her campus, I mean I've got a lot on my plate!

But after the shitty day that I had, it might be quite refreshing for me to meet new people. Just as long as nobody gets on my nerves.

After class I slowly walked to my car and drove to Michelle's campus before practice, we've gotta get our songs right if we want to win the talent extravaganza, which is just what we need in order to get the band off the ground.
