H was preparing himself for the day to come. Tomorrow was the day, the last day that Elizabeth was going to stop breathing, unless the detectives proved smart enough to crack his code of course. He didn't think Niall and Harry were going to win, they weren't smart enough. Plus the distraction of each other was a great disadvantage on their part. H knew about their little pathetic love life they shared together. It was sick.

He knew that Harry always had an affection toward the blonde, not that Harry knew himself. Harry was pretty dimwitted in H's opinion. He had watched Niall and Harry over the years.

He would never admit it aloud, but he was nervous. He didn't actually know if whether or not the two detectives would prevail.

He put on a jacket and went into Elizabeth's room beginning his preparation with a syringe into the girl's neck.

Harry stayed up the whole night thinking through the latest advancement in the case.

He went over everything, the pictures of the crime scene, the notes from the interrogations, everything. Not one new idea rang through his brain. He hadn't a clue what H was trying to say.

Sighing heavily, he put down the case file and made his way into his dimly lit kitchen preparing some more coffee to drown himself throughout the night.

He leaned against the counter as the water boiled and thought.

H liked to play games.

H liked obvious clues.

H chose the placing of his murders for a purpose.

The newest girl was murdered in an abandoned clothing store named 'warehouse.'

And just as quickly as the ideas flowed through Harry's head, they clicked. That was it. A warehouse! H was probably planning on taking Elizabeth to a warehouse to murder her.

Forgetting about his coffee he quickly made his way into his small office space. He turned on his Macbook Pro and started researching.

Thirty minutes of scrolling through possible crime sights, he found it. The old store which had been closed down after the Warehouse company was bankrupt, had an actual warehouse downtown where items were stored, shipped, and received shipments. The place was only fifteen minutes away from his flat.

He sent Niall a quick text, letting him know that he was going to check out the place for possible evidence of H, asking him to meet him there. Even though it was 2 in the morning, he knew Niall would receive his message.

Suiting up in his field suit he used during his times as a cop, he grabbed his gun and made his way to the warehouse. In his hastiness, he left his phone laying on the coffee table.

2:07 am

The sound of his phone buzzing woke Niall up from his slumber.

He had a text message from Harry.

*I found the warehouse. I'm going to check it out. Meet me there.*

A sense of worry washed over Niall as he read the message.

Was Harry really going to go alone? He could be killed. Maybe H was there. If Harry thought that, well, who knew if the girl was actually there? It could have just been a trap.

His phone buzzed again signaling that he received another message.

Harry had sent him the address.

Niall got out of bed and got dressed. He grabbed his gun and his badge before running out of his house and driving to the location Harry had given him.
