Baby Avengers (Clintasha's child book 2)

Chapter 7

Jennifer's POV
I called Pepper, Fury, and Phil. Pepper came right away after I told her
what had happened and Phil came a few minutes later with kid cloths and
a couple toys, walking in like Santa Claus and giving them to the kids. I
gave Phil a hug, "This should be good for now but we need to get more
stuff. And where did you get the kids stuff?" I asked him. "I know we
need to go to the store but for now we need to stop and think for a minute.
Have you figured out how old they are?" He asked me ignoring my
question. "Well the oldest is Tony he's about 12 years old, Thor is about
6, Steve is about 5, Clint and Natasha are about 4, Loki and Bella are about
3, and Bruce is roughly 10 months old." I told them looking at the kids. I
was about to say something when I felt someone tugging on my jeans. I
looked down to see Steve looking at the ground. He mumbled something
I couldn't understand. I knelt down in front of him so that we were fac-
to-face. "Can you please repeat that, I can't hear you." I told him with a
smile. He shyly looked up at me, "We're all kind of hungry and I was
wondering if maybe..." He started quietly but didn't finish. "Yes, I will fix
you all something to eat." I told him with a smile. He smiled back and ran
back to play with Clint and Natasha. "Hey Phil, can you watch the kids?
Pepper and I are going to make some dinner." I asked him. He nodded and
went over to the kids. Pepper and I walked to the kitchen and began
making Mac-n-cheese.
     Later that day after everyone had eaten we got them all in the car and to the store. I had the boys minus Bruce go with Phil and Pepper to get clothes and toys while I took Bella, Natasha and Bruce. We bought a some outfits for the girls and Bruce, who was asleep currently, then went to get some toys. Nat got a toy gun and some blocks to play with, Bella got some stuffies and some toy cars, and I got some baby toys for Bruce. I used Tony and Pepper's card to pay for it all when we met up with the boys and Pepper. When we all met up the boys were all bouncing around happily and Phil and Pepper looked tired already. I laughed as the girls joined the others and we all went back to the car. I got all the toys and clothes and food loaded into the car while Phil and Pepper got all the kids into the car. When we got back home all the kids ran inside and started playing with their toys as we brought them in. The kids are ran around and played and Pepper, Phil, and I all sat down on the couch. I was rocking Bruce to sleep but her started to get fussy. I suddenly realized how late it was. I told the kids to run to their room which consisted of  3 sets of bunk beds and Tony had a twin bed for himself. All the kids climbed into their beds and got comfy. I sat down in a chair in the corner and began to sing to them. I sang a Russian lullaby I had learned as a child. They all were asleep after a few minutes. I quietly stood up and walked to a seperate room where Bruce would sleep so if he woke up it wouldn't wake the others. I laid he sleeping Bruce in the crib we had put together and quietly walked back to the living room where Pepper and Phil had turned on a movie. We sat on the couch and watched the movie before we all decided to go to bed. I curled on on the bed in my room and fell asleep.
