New girl Chapter 13

[CHAPTER 13]

"Cameron?.... Nash?" Me and Carlie yelled.

"Nash?" She whispered to her self. Then our phones beeped, at the same time, telling us we got a text. We pulled our phones out and read the text.

"Keep going straight." I read out loud. We started walking straight when we got another text.

"Look up." It read, and we did so. When we looked up we saw many trees, and a large box in the trees, a tree house.

"What?" Carlie said. We walked closer to the tree house. "Nash? Cameron?" She yelled.

Our phones beeped. "Climb up the ladder." It read. We walked around a large tree and found a ladder hanging from it. I hugged Carlie to go first but she stepped back and shooter her head. I gave her an evil look as I started to climb.

When I reached the top I saw and assortment of cameras standing on tripods. And lights hanging everywhere.

"What's this?" Carlie said reaching the top after me.

"No idea." I said. "Cameron?" I said.

"SURPRISE!" Nash and Cameron said jumping out from behind a wall.

"Geez guys!" I yelled. I could have peed myself.

Carlie had a hand on her heart obviously they sacred her pretty good, too.

I have the boys and evil look as they laugh, loudly. "You should have seen your face!" Nash said.

"It was priceless! Wish I could have gotten a picture!" Cameron said.

"But wait! We did!" Nash said pointing to the camera next to us. I must not have noticed it took a picture.

I gave them another evil look. "What is all this?" I asked.

"Well, your..." Cameron looked at his watch for the time, "10 minutes late. That's what this is. But we did have a photo shoot contest planed. Soo, you guys will be 10 points behind." He handed us a piece of paper which had our rules on it.

You have one hour to complete three tasks.

There are three different outfits of the both of you in the back room. Once you are changed grab the blue camera on the table. You have three places you need to go to. There will be a colored flag at each stop, along with one prop that need to be in each picture.

Task 1: Change into one of the outfits given. Follow the blue string from the tree to your first stop. You need pictures of both of you, two minimum of each, then one together. There must be at least three different poses. Use the prop.

Task 2: After you completed the first task follow the red string to your second stop. There is a place to change. Same requirements. Use the prop.

Task 3: Once the first and second task has been completed follow the pink string to the final stop. Once again, change. A minimum of five poses. Five pictures of each of you. Use the prop.

Once you have finished them all completely you may come back to the tree house. Every picture that is properly taken get 100 points ( properly taken as in, not blurry, eyes open, etc.) You must have 20 pictures submitted when finished. Every mistake get 10 points off. You will get 50 points off for coming in last pace.

The paper read. "How do we know you guys won't cheat." Carlie said.

"Don't sorry we had our friend bobby make this. This is the first time we have read it, promise." Nash said.

I looked at Cameron and smiled. "Your on." I grabbed Carlie's hand and ran to the back room and found a pile of clothes. "Let's get changed." I said. We picked throught the clothes and changed as quickly as we could.

I was wearing a red cut off shirt and black high wasted shorts and black vans. Carlie was wearing a T-shirt that read "Pink Floyed" along with a brown sweater and jean shorts. We looked good.

We ran out of the room and grabbed the blue camera and headed down the ladder.

We found the blue string and followed it. It lead us to a different part of the woods. There was a blue flag in the ground, and pink sunglasses next to the flag.

I took the camera from Carlie and had her stand next to a large tree. I handed her the sunglasses, she put them on and she posed. I snapped the picture and she did a different pose, I took another one. We did a quick picture of us together. I grabbed the sunglasses and did an odd pose, then another.

"Okay, next one." Carlie said. I followed her as she followed the red string.

Our next stop was still in the woods, but there was a small lake. The flag had a small toy gun next to it. There also was a small hut that we could change in. I am now wearing a tight pink tank top and white shorts. Carlie is wearing a short red skirt and a striped back and white shirt tucked into her skirt.

"Alright. Let's do this thing." I said. Carlie took the gun and did a Charlie's angle pose with it. She did another pose. We did another picture together and then I posed.

After we got out pictures we put the toy gun down and followed the pink string. It lead us back to the barn that we first saw when we came here. We quickly got changed in the barn and found the flag. I now have a tight black lace dress. Carlie has on a matching red dress.

We grabbed the props by the flag. There was a stuffed bear and a book.

Carlie grabbed the props and sat down in the long grass. She leaned again send the barn with her legs to the side. She put the stuffed animal in her lap and opened the book, and pretended to read. Her next pose she grabbed the stuffed bear by his arm and let him hang, as a child would and she held the book close to her chest. The she slipped her sandals off and put them in her hand. She held the book close to her heart, and her sandals in the other hand, and the bear at her feet. She changed her poses. And I got many pictures. Then she took pictures of me doing similar poses.

"DONE!" Carlie yelled. "What time is it?" She asked. I looked at my phone. We had 4 minutes.

"4 MINUTES! RUN!" I yelled.
