mark's eye glanced over his newest notifications.
his eyes widen.
he grabs his phone to check and see if he is hallucinating.
he was just calmly thinking through what he should do with his life but then he heard the multiple buzzes from his phone, signaling the notifications he got.
he rubs both his eyes to "clear his vision."
omg, mark thought.

mark internally screamed.
he quickly unlocked his phone and went on his instagram.
he went to his dm's and stopped himself before he clicked on jackson's name.
"ok mark, you better not fuck this up. this will be your only chance. your dick side better not come out. you have to fix your mistakes," mark reminded himself, then slapped himself on the face.
he then clicked on jackson's name and read the messages.
as soon as he read the first reply, a smile etched on his face.
jacksonwang852: hi thank you so much for the christmas greeting!!
all jackson said was a simple thank you but mark couldn't help but feel giddy inside.
but who wouldn't? he just got a reply back from THE jackson wang.
mark felt so lucky.
he continued to read on.
jacksonwang852: unfortunately, i am spending christmas alone but its alright
mark frowned, sad that jackson had no one to spend christmas with.

so many emotions raced through mark's mind.
he still was in disbelief that jackson replied to him.
that means he really did read my apology and he forgave me!!.. although, he still doesn't know who i am, mark thought to himself.
mark shook his head, and started to think of what to reply back with.
he decided to go with the "cool and composed" reply.

mark erased his message, noticing that it sounded stupid.
he tried again.
lovemewang: wow omg, first off, thank you so much for replying to me! i honestly did not expect this at all. this is an amazing christmas present, the best i got.
lovemewang: second, i wish you weren't alone for christmas ): you should have at least spent it with a friend
lovemewang: third, christmas with my family was nice! it's been a while since my brother, joey and i've seen our parents so i definitely made sure to enjoy
