Everyone has unique struggles and things that keep them awake at night. Battles are fought behind doors that everyone is oblivious to. Sometimes people only show the surface of their hurt, but it often goes much deeper than a single layer. Our emotions are a complex conundrum and struggles are included in the mess. Around the world millions of thoughts are synchronous. The invading thoughts that keep us up at night are often kept inside. The deepest comotion in our brains are hidden and stowed away like inanimate objects. Our feelings cannot be ignored. If something keeps you up at night then it is important to you. When something is important to you, you need to act upon it. If you fear not telling things to the ones you love , talk to them. The mere thought of expressing yourself might be alarming but it hurts worse when things are left unsaid. Doing the things you fear most always has a glimpse of light in the end. Life isn't easy, but no one ever said it would be. But think of all the things we've overcome by facing what frightens us. We ended old time slavery, created powerful nations from shrables of war, and most importantly we learned what living life really was. Confessing what scares you is the first step. After that is fighting to conquer it. So what are you afraid of? What keeps you up at night ? Confess your fears to yourself.
