Jacks POV:

I walked across to my house, and all I could think about was Finn. What happened after I left? I hope he was okay. I was drifting off to sleep when I got a notification from my phone. I checked it and it said
Finn: Jack
Jack: what happened? Are you okay?
Finn: my parents found out I'm gay, they kicked me out. Told me to go back when Im straight.
Jack: oh bubba, where are you?
Finn: lakeview
Jack: I'm coming
Finn: it's okay, you don't have to
Jack: but I want to bubba

Finns POV:

My dad kicked me out. Told me to go back when I was straight. Whatever happened to "I'll always love you no matter what"? Jack said he was coming to get me. I'm so lucky to have a boyfriend like him.

3rd POV:

Jack just got to lakeview. He saw Finn, he looked cold, with sadness in his eyes. "Oh bubba" he said before engulfing him in a warm hug. Finn started sobbing. "Hey hey, it's okay. You could come stay with me for awhile. My parents will let you stay over till you find a permanent place to live" Jack said to Finn. "You don't have to Jack" Finn said. "I'm going to because I want to" Jack said. "I love you" Finn said. "I love you too" Jack said
