BRANDON'S POV
"It's 12 noon! And the sun is toasting me!!!" said Brandon as he lay in his bed. He wipes the sweat on his forehead and then grabbed his phone. He checked if there is any new notification.
"Wow. THIS SUMMER VACATION IS REALLY BORING." Brandon murmured
He got up from his bed and decided to take a bath to cool off himself from this hot summer. He grabbed a towel and went in the bathroom to do his business. He turned on the shower and then he closed his eyes as the water run down through his body. The water gave a cool feeling that makes feel feel refreshed. He turned off the shower but the drops of water remained on the air. He opened eyes to see it.
"This is pretty cool but I just can't show this to anyone." said Brandon
It was summer when he was 10 when he discovered that he have this sort of ability. He didn't know what to do so he didn't tell it to anyone. As he grow older he became more aware of what he is capable of but he knew he should not use it in under any circumstance well except when he is alone.
"It's weird that I feel a strong connection to the water. I feel like we have a bond or something." said Brandon to himself.
"Time to exercise this power of mine." Using his ability he played with the drops of water. He raised his hand in the drops of water and then it all started going up slowly. The drops of water, to describe, is like following Brandon's command. In short he controls them. Brandon snapped his fingers and the drops of water stopped from moving. It remained above Brandon. He slowly turned them into a bunch of water needles.
"This can be dangerous. I can hurt someone using these." said Brandon
Suddenly, "BRANDON LUNCH IS READY!" Xandra shouted calling Brandon for lunch
"Oh shoot!" Brandon was shocked from the shout of Xandra. He lost his control and then the needles dropped. Quickly, Brandon got back on his tracks then stopped them from falling on him. He then immediately grabbed the towel to dry himself up.
"COMING!" Brandon shouted back. He immediately wore his clothes and went out from his room and went to the kitchen.
"What's for lunch?" Brandon asked as he sat on the chair
"I cooked mac'n cheese." said Xandra as she serves the food and puts it on the table.
"YAAAAS! MY FAVORITE!!!" Brandon exclaimed. He grabbed a bowl and fork and starts to get food. After filling the bowl he gave it to Lexien. Then he grabbed another for himself.
"Thanks" said Xandra then they started eating.
"We have an outing next week. My office mates are coming." said Xandra inviting Brandon to come.
"Really? Where?" Brandon asked as he took another spoon of mac'n cheese.
"We're going on a beach." said Xandra
"Really?! YAS FINALLY WE'RE GETTING OUT OF THIS HOUSE!" Brandon said with excitement.
"It's tomorrow you know. It's Saturday today so you better pack your bags now." said Xandra"But before that wash the dishes and clean this table." Xandraadded
"Yesyesyes" Brandon replied
