"I've been part of the Resistance for years, General!" (y/n) told General Leia, determined to join the mission. "You know I can do this, I can help! We both know."
"Of course, I know," said General Leia. "But after losing Ben, I don't want to lose another. You are like a daughter to me and you've been part of a lot of missions, Captain, but the First Order is too strong!"
"The General's right, (y/n)," a familiar voice said, Poe. "We've been friends since you became part of the Resistance. I know almost everything about you." He placed his hands on (y/n)'s shoulders and gave her a worried big brother look. "I know you're an amazing fighter and pilot, the best I know, well except me of course. I can't risk losing you too."
His touching words made (y/n) smile. She remembered the missions they went to, ever since the Resistance found her. "I know, but you guys don't have to worry about me. You'll have my back, right, Poe? And I'll have yours. It's not everytime we get a chance to fight a Dreadnought. You said it yourself, I'm the best you know."
"Well, General," said Poe, "it's your choice."
For a moment there was silence among them. Each other giving looks of worry, hope and eagerness. "Fine, but be careful. That is an order." The General smiled at (y/n) as she goes with Poe.

"I can make it to the last one!" said Poe.
"No Poe! It's not safe! Disengage now!" said General Leia through comms.
"Go back to the ship, Poe," (y/n) said. "I'm closer to it. I can make it faster." (y/n) heads to the last cannon, destroys it just in time and heads back to the Resistance Cruiser—
"(y/n)!" Poe screamed. TIE Fighters everywhere, and (y/n)'s X-Wing was out of sight. "No!"
................................................
"Where—where am I?" you were taking deep fast breaths when you woke up. You hardly remember what happened. The last thing you know, you were heading back to the ship and everything went black. "Poe, The Resistance,
where—"You suddenly realise you were tied up and you try to get yourself out but it was no use. "I should've listened to them." Remembering General Leia's warning, you feel tears building up on the corner of your eye and fight it away.
You regain your composure at the sound of slow heavy footsteps approaching. "You have awaken, at last." The rough voice in the shadows of the cold room. One that send shivers down your spine causing you fear the moment he spoke again. "Who are you?" Emphasizing all words, the voice continued, very familiar, as though heard a lot of times, in a dream perhaps.
"Show yourself." you said, trying your best to sound unafraid, "What do you want from me?"
You flinch at the sight, but hiding away the fear building up inside you. The dark robes and helmet show how menacing this person in front of you was, Kylo Ren.
"Who are you?" he said, repeating his question, sounding even more menacing. He uses a Force choke on you while trying to read your thoughts. You avoided any thought you had. "Tell me the plans of the Resistance."
"I am no one," you replied, struggling to speak and breath. "Just a Resistance pilot. If you're going to torture me for information, then just kill me. I will tell nothing about the Resistance."
Without another word, the Knight of Ren leaves the room leaving you dumbfounded. Now you could breathe.
.................................................
"I sense the force in the pilot. It is very strong," said Kylo Ren while kneeling his right knee and bowing his head. "I can train her to use the Force, she will eventually fall to the Dark, I am sure she has information, Supreme Leader."
"Do not fail me, again, apprentice," said Snoke. Kylo leaves the hall and heads to (y/n).
Kylo releases (y/n) from the restraints. "Do not even think of running. You won't make it far 'till I make you pass out again." She falls to the floor, suddenly unconcious. Kylo Ren did nothing to harm the girl and carries her in his arms to the infirmary.
