Music not mine

Katrina POV

Toriel lead me gracefully through the ruins, telling me all about the nooks and crannies and how I can interact with other monsters. I smile and nod, hoping that this information would help me someday gain any memory back on what happened. We soon came upon a dead tree, surrounded by ruby red leaves, and a consistent purple on all the walls and floor. I giggle to myself as I rake through the leaves with my feet. "I am just going inside to get the Pie child, i will only be a moment, come inside in a few moments though alright?"

I nod and watch her leave through a large door, and jump around in the leaves, till I see a transparent star. I click it and it comes up with three options... Continue, reset or save. I look at it oddly but press continue anyway, suddenly I hear some muffled words. You cannot turn back, dead or alive. You will not be given a second chance. But, stay hopeful.

I humph, as this sentance gives you the creeps, like it has an underlying meaning. I shake my head and run through the star, going up the winding stairs and into toriels house, where a sickly yellow covers everything.

I stand in mild distaste, as the vase, flowers, table cloths, walls and floors are all painted SOME type of yellow. Though it looks quite cozy and home like. I turn lift to hear a slight humming.  I hum along, seeming to know this familier tune. Toriel turns to me and smiles, turning back and cutting us both some pie, whilst we still hum the jolly tune.

I smile as I think about how this tune must have been a memory, which I am very happy for. I sit down at the table and stare longingly at this. "It smells so delicious Toriel! Thank you so much!" My ears slant on content as my tail sways, my taste buds overpowered by the mouthwatering tastes of cinnamon and butterscotch.

I soon am eyeing an empty plate as Toriel laughs at my glare. "Hat is all for tonight, I wouldn't want you to be too full when you sleep, it will give you a bad feeling in the morning." She giggled at the end of her sentance, and I let out a small giggle myself. I yawned at the table, before excusing myself.

"Hey Toriel? Is there anywhere I may be able to sleep tonight?" She grinned, like she hasn't seen a friendly face in a while. " of course, though you must probably want to leave and explore the underground again." I smile at Toriel sadly. "Do not worry, I would never forget you, I can call you and if you are busy then I will leave a voice message and if you would like, I could always travel back here."

She smiled, a tear coming down her face. "Hey, come in Toriel, no one is going to replace you, you are my goat mum!" I gasp at my genius idea (lol not actually my idea) and Toriel smiles. I hug her tight and she hugs me back, leading me to the room I will be sleeping in.

I don't care to much to look around, and instantly flip on the bed, my tail curling up around me.

Temmie skip

I wake up to see my door slightly a jar, and some B.C. Pie left for me on a plate. I pick up a random rucksack, and place the pie in there. I start to search around for clothes, only to find a pair of brown shorts and a green and yellow striped top. I huff but feel I could defiantly be more comfortable in it.I put the spare soothes in the bag and find some fluffy socks to put in there as well.

I open the bedroom door with a low creak as I see Toriel humming the same tune again as she reads... About snails. I sigh and walk towards her. She glances up, with glasses placed upon her face, and I can clearly see her glossy eyes. "Toriel... How do you exit the ruins?" I mumble, but she can hear it.

"Oh! Would you like to hear a fact? Snails can flip their digestive system during puberty." I ask again. "T-Toirel, how do you exit the ruins?" She looks sad, and tells me she will be back in a minute. I get up and follow her, down a staircase, to familier purple walls.

"Please...please go back my child..."

She continues to move forward as I follow a fair distance behind.

"Please don't follow me, I am going to break the door to the ruins, where you won't be in any danger..."

I run up to her this time, until I'm closer, got from running to a slow walk.

I place my hand as close as I can to her shoulder and she kneels down. "Goat Mum I will be alright. You will always have a place in my heart and soul." I don't see her look up, so i let my hand drop off of her shoulder, and I started to walk past her, towards a large stone door, stained the same purple as the walls, but with a pattern on it.

"My child...." I stopped and turn around quickly. "If you do go out there...please... Don't come back.." I sulked. "O...okay... Good bye.." I turned around and pushed with all my might till the door finally opened to reveal a snowing wonderland.

Boom! Done! Stay tuned? Bye~
