Why the hell would they take it?, What's wrong with the world today?
I asked myself as we all sat in the sitting room. It's been five days since the accedent.
Diana's parents were in the kitchen talking to the police about the investigation.
"Guys how are we going to get Diana's necklace back?" Martin asks.
"We're not. We're leaving this to the professionals, understand." Lucas tells us all.
"But why would he want it in the first place?" I asked.
"Josh, It was made from gold." Lucas told me.
"Ya, it sure was." Max muttered.
"She saved up one for all of us and she had to force us all to wear it." Joseph laughed.
"Yeah... But we would have worn them anyway." Max mumbled folding his arms.
It was only me, Diana's brothers and the two girls. As the boys had to go back home. They would be coming back for the funeral with her other friends and family from England.
I still can't believe this happened it seems like she's still here, just upstairs in her room and we could go up their right now and all of us would jump on her just to get her lazy ass up.
But she's not their, she's gone.
"Okay boys and girls you can come in now." Christina said as she opened the door to the kitchen.
We all got up and went into the kitchen me, the girls and Joseph sat on the island chairs and the rest of Diana's brothers stud behind us.
"Okay because we think you are all responsible and older you may ask the police any questions about the investigation, is that okay." She asked.
Their were small mumbles of 'yes' from the group.
The police now turned to us with full attention which showed us the he was ready to start.
"Do you have a name on the guy?" Max asked and I could see some of the boys clench their fists.
"Yes, we got the first guy to tell us who he was."
"Well, what's his name?" Max asked again a bit frustrated.
"I think it would be best if you didn't know, as you aren't in a stable mind of state." The police explained and he was right.
After some more questions we left the kitchen. I had to go home as my mother was getting worried and I didn't blame her.
"Okay guys I'll see you later, give me- "
Max cut me off.
"Ya we know we'll call you if anything happens and if there's new information."I gave him a small smile and a wave goodbye.
I walk down the street slowly wondering how much is this going to really affect me.
I don't know how I can move on or if I could even move on from this.
She was my best friend, the person I actually liked for who they were and not for how much makeup they plaster on or how blonde and curly their hair was.
--------
That night I didn't get much sleep just like the nights before.
I couldn't sleep if I wanted to.
I was getting too many nightmares and everyone of them scared me to death. But then this night was different I actually let the darkness consume me as I drifted off to a dream filled world.
I was in a dark room, I walked around looking for a way out but there was non.
I then saw a dark figure come up to me. She stopped in front of me and looked into my eyes and smiled.
I smiled back at her. "It's been awhile." I said to her.
She didn't respond but her smile softened.
She then came up to me and gave me a big hug. That's when a flash of happy, sad, funny and werid memories appeared.
And when I got up that morning I was smiling, a small one but it was their.
I was sad she was gone but happy I got to meet her, to know her and be friends with her and be apart of her life.Aswell as her being in my life.
The end.
