(*Jane's POV.*)
I convinced him to let me go, it took a bit but I did. Look how much time wasted..
I was now walking through the ghost town, now annoyed by henry who wouldn't stop following me and wouldn't just be quiet for at least two minutes.
He won't stop talking!
But I chose to ignore it, although it was kinda hard to. I saw an old cabin away from the other buildings, it was pretty torn up from what I could see.
Maybe it was the place I was supposed to find, so I approached it.Only to he stopped by henry.
"Don't go in there!" He warned, he genuinely looked afraid. I wasn't afraid honestly, it depends on the situation. Everyone has a choice whether to be afraid, or not to be.
I rolled my eyes and approached the old cabin. I walked up the porch steps and stopped in front of the old door, it looked cracked and seemed like it could break any moment.I felt a hand grab my shoulder and turn me around, now facing a triggered Henry.
"Listen here, kitty."
Did he just call me kitty?
"Why do you act like you can handle anything? First of all, you don't know what's in there. Yet, I warn you, and you completely ignore me and do whatever you want! This isn't your home so quit acting like you own the place." He growled.
Since when do I act like I own the place?
"Are you gonna answer me or what?" He mumbled.
I huffed and shrugged his hand off me. "Don't. Call. Me. Kitty. I don't act like I own the place. I explore and try to find what I'm looking for. Show fear and emotion and see where that takes you. You can leave whenever you want to. So if you have a problem with what I'm doing then just leave me to do it and go do your own business." I spat.
He chuckled and shook his head.
What's so funny?
With that, he grabbed me by the waist.
lifted me from the ground.
And threw me over his shoulder.
UM?
I struggled and tried to kick him, only getting a small chuckle in response. He just started walking god knows where.
"HENRY WHAT THE HELL!" I yelled.
"Shh" he said and kept walking till we entered some weird building and oh look down the stairs we go.
Just great. Fantastic.
He takes me to some room and sets me down.
"WHY DID-" i was about to say something till he cut me off by shushing me, then pointed at a door. I'm just standing here very confused of why he was pointing at a door but trust me I was very annoyed. I huffed and walked over to it, opening the door and kneeling down to see some sort of glass bottle with black ooze in it. Like a sample. I tilted my head a little and picked it up, I then faced a smiling Henry and knew he had something up his sleeve. I just didn't know what he had up his sleeve though, that's the problem.
He took it from me and with one throw it shattered onto me and I was then covered in black ooze. I gasped and looked at Henry.
"What is this!?" I demanded.
"I'm helping you fit in better, just give it a minute or so." He said calmly.
I felt dizzy, and soon I fainted and everything went black.
