Breaking the silence

He grinned letting go of your wrist once he had noticed he had got your attention.

"Hey" he said with his award winning smile
This made your heart flutter
"Um hi". You replied still in shock
You just stared into each other's eyes for awhile until he broke the silence " I umm just wanted to tell you y-you did good today on the stage congrats for winning the challenge also."
I grinned seeing him turn red
"Thanks you did well to markimoo"!
Then again silence but this time I broke it
"See ya"
His expression changed like it had as we were on stage a while ago he stopped me again saying "oh wait." He grinned as he went in his pocket he pulled out a folded slip of paper
He handed it to me.
My heart pounded in my chest as I unfolded it
It was titled "moomoos number" this made you giggle.
You looked up at him he had a sly grin spread across his face he said "text me" and winked your heart slipped for a split second as you replied "o-okay"...
You walked out the door that look of shock slowly turned into a look of pure happiness you sighed as you got in your car staring at the small piece of scrap paper in you hand. Then as you giggled you held the paper close to your heart. "I can't wait to get home".
