--------

I slowly touch Danny's shoulder to try to get his attention.

"What?" He asks, while I keep staring at the blond haired boy.

"Do you see that guy over there? The blond one." I say back. He turns his head around to look but I slap him.

"Don't look!" I scream in his face.

"But love, you asked if I could see him." He smiles and turns his head again. After a moment he looks back to me.

"Yes I can see him and yes he is very hot and no I wouldn't mind doing dirty things to him." He smirks back at me. Danny is the most gay guy I know but I don't mind. It's something that I love about him, because he won't get jealous at me for my looks but he can still give me advice. I swear, he gives the best advice ever. About anything.

"Hush!" I tell him off.

"Is someone in loooove?" He mocks me.

"No! But do you know what his name is?" I ask him, trying to be serious.

"Nope, sorry. I will ask around." He promises, and my smile disappears because I have no idea how I will know his name. Why do I even wanna know his name? Ugh.

I keep watching him while me and Danny enter the school. I see him walking towards an other boy and starts talking to him. I can't see either of their faces until the 'anonymous' boy turns around and I recognize him as Louis. That means that Louis must know his name, otherwise they wouldn't be talking. Right? Right.

I've known Louis for as long as I can remember. His parents were friends with my parents until his broke up. He is a few years older than me and a lot of people say he has a crush on me, but I don't believe them. It would be a huge compliment, because Louis is one of the hottest guys in school, and all girls would kill to date him. Except for me tho. He is not really my type, but just a good friend.

-In lunch time-

I quickly walk to my locker after the bell rung. I dump my backpack in there and grab some money. When I enter the cafeteria I see Louis standing alone so I walk up to him.

"Hi." He greets me and sends me a smile. "You're not eating?" He continues.

"I'm gonna buy something later, 'm not really hungry right now." I answer.

"It's healthy to eat. C'mon, I'll buy you a treat." Aw, such a gentleman. He slides his arm around my shoulders and walks me to the bar in the cafeteria.

"And what would you like?" He asks cheekily.

"Uhm, just a blueberry muffin." I say. He smiles and orders it for me. The women gives it to him and he pays.

"Thanks for that Lou." I say to him.

"No problem at all, everything for you." He answers, and winks. Okay, maybe he does have a crush on me. But I don't mind.

"Sooo.. Louis?" I finally start talking after we sit down by one of the lunch tables.

"Yeah?" He looks up to me from his sandwich,

"The guy you were talking to this morning? Is he new here?" I ask and I feel myself starting to blush.

"Oh, Niall. Yeah he is." He says while not being interested at all. Um, okay? Louis is always cheery, what happened?

"Are you alright?" He nods.

"It's just that I don't like him that much."

"Who? Niall?"

"Yes, Niall. He's annoying." He seems rather angry.

"Why were you talking to him then?" I can't do anything about it, I know it's not my business, but I'm just really, really curious.

"There's nothing else I can do, I mean he's like my stepbrother now so.." He says and I nod, understanding. Wait, what did he just say? Stepbrother? Huh?

"Did you say stepbrother?" I ask and he nods.

"Yeah, my dad met his mum, Maura, like 6 months ago. Now they both moved in with us like a week ago and it drives me absolutely crazy. My dad didn't even ask for my opinion on all this." I feel kinda bad for him, because I know how much he had to go through when his parents divorced, and I know how much he misses his mum and all his sisters. And now he suddenly has two 'unknown' people living in his house.

"I'm sorry Lou." I tell him genuinely feeling sorry.

"It's okay. Got anything planned for today after school?" He asks, smiling again.

"Well, I was gonna watch a movie with Danny tonight."

"Oh.." He doesn't sound happy... And I don't wanna be the one who made the always smiling Lou sad.

"Wanna tag along maybe?" I say to cheer him up. It works.

"Sure! If that's alright?"

"If it wasn't, I wouldn't have offered." And he starts laughing. That's the Louis I know. I see Danny appearing behind Louis and he sits down next to him.

"Sup bro?" Greets Louis him, and he trys to box their hands but Danny won't move. He talks to him like that on purpose because it makes Danny uncomfortable, and Louis obviously knows he's gay. The whole school knows, and nobody cares. We live in a very accepting town and I'm very happy for Danny about that.

"Dannyyy!" I scream and give him a hug bending over the table and wrapping my arms around his neck. He kisses my cheeck and I sit back down.

"See? That's the kind of greeting that I would like from you too!" Danny tells Louis.

"Daaaneeeeeyyhh!" Louis screams like a girl and starts fake snogging him, putting his hand over his mouth. I start laughing out loud and everyone looks at us. Louis can't help but laugh either and Danny is bright red, because he has a small crush on Louis and he just 'snogged' him. Poor guy.

"Ahum, Danny. Movie tonight, right? Well-" I start but Danny cuts me off before I can finish my sentence.

"About that. We have to watch a horror movie. I totally despite romantic movies if I'm not with a guy so yeah. Sorry." He smiles without actually feeling sorry. Why is he even still my friend. I shake my head at him.

"Comedy it will be then, because horror movies are boring." I state.

"What she was trying to say is that I'm coming too." Louis joins into the conversation.

"That's ok. And yeah, comedy is alright too. We should watch 'Date & switch', I swear that movie is absolutely amazing. Or so I've heard." Danny says.

"That's settled then." I smile and the bell rings again, initiating the next hour of class.

I think this is the longest chapter I have ever written, even if it's only 1161 words ahah! Let me know what you guys think! xxx
