Prologue

I still remember how it all started. No pain, they said. No heartbreaks, they said. No more fights, they said.

He promised. He told me he would never leave me. How could I be so stupid believing all he said? 

I was oblivious to everything, and it wasn't his fault. It was my fault for believing in those lies. He caused me so much pain, but it was just a funny joke to him. 

I am confused, but what I do know, is that I love him with all my heart, and that's what it's all about. 

Maybe he loves me back. Maybe.
