We, as in myself and Derek was sitting on my mattress going over our plan to get in the fighting ring.

"So Derek, what's the plan?" I ask curiously as he played with my fingers.

"I still don't think you should do it." he said and looked at my face.

"Dereeeek. We've been over this. I'll go to jail for him over and over again if I have to. And I will do this with or with out you." I said and stood up to walk away but he grabbed me and I fell to his chest. I like this position.

Ugh. Stupid conscience.

"I'm sorry. I just don't want you getting hurt." he said and looked in my eyes.

"I'm already hurt Derek. So are you going to help me or not? Are you in or out?" I asked.

"Fine. Here's the plan." he said and pointed to a map in front of us. Where did he get that?

"Where did you get that?" I asked and looked at him.

He looked at me sheepishly, "I have my contacts."

"Whatever, continue." I said and pointed to the map.

"OK. So this is where we are and this is where the fighting ring is." he pointed out on the map, "This way I'd the way to the cafeteria then left is the way to the fighting ring. You'll do what you did the day you followed me. When I give you the signal you come." he said and when he said signal he made a piece sign and wiggled his fingers.

I laughed," That's the signal? Anyways how am I going to get past the guards and where are you going to train me and everyone is going to see me and oh God! This plan will never work." I started panicking and getting dizzy.

"Hey hey hey baby listen. You're panicking. It will work because I am the best. Isaac will distract the guards and I'll take you to my personal changing room."

I calmed down and smiled. I was so excited, I threw my arms around him he fell to the ground and landed with an oomph.

I smashed my lips to his and about five seconds later I realized what I had done. I pulled back shocked and opened my mouth to speak but nothing came out.

I looked away and felt his hand under my chin. He lifted my head so that out eyes met and slowly leaned forward. I found myself doing the same.

And when out lips connected.... Fireworks. My stomach was a Rollercoaster, a zoo and a jungle. It felt so good. My heart was beating so fast in my chest and I'm so glad we're lying down because my legs are jelly.

The kiss was slow, passionate and so much more. Then...... then he sucked on my bottom lip and soft moans escaped. He let it go and I could feel it was swollen. He licked my lips asking for entrance and I granted. It soon got heated and I heard him groan. Out of pleasure.

I smirked against his lips and pulled away. We were both panting as we rested our foreheads against each other. I was sure I looked like a tomato.

I liked-no love this feeling. The feeling of belonging and love and care. And most of all being with Derek. I don't know why his in here and I don't think I should get attached. But it's too late.

Just the thought makes me feel giddy.

"Why do we keep kissing?" I ask and open my eyes to look at his.

In it I saw lust. Just lust and desire. If you looked close enough I could see flecks of green. It was beautiful.

"I-" he started. But obviously Rob had to interrupt.

"Phone call time." he said and chuckled at our position.

"Come on Rob. You've got to stop doing that." I shouted and looked back at him.

He waited for us by the gate and I stood up and heard Derek chuckle as well.

Derek stood up and I felt his fingers intertwine with mine. I smiled at it and felt the warm feeling in my heart.

" Wait. "I said and took my hand out of his. I took off my jacket, threw it on my mattress and I tied my hair into a pony tail.

"Now let's go." I said and took his hand back I mine. We walked out together hand in hand and went to the back of the line. People still gave us looks but I ignored them.

We were the last people in the line and I made my call first. Derek was hugging me from the back around my waist and his chin was on my shoulder.

"Hey Rob, can I make two calls?please. I really need to talk to both of them." I gave him the puppy dog eyes.

"Fine." I squealed and dialed grandmas number. Yes she has a phone. And yes she knows how to use it.

"Helloooo? If this is those salesman people, I will cut your dick off and feed it to my dog, if it's a female I wi-" I laughed and almost cried.

"Grandma. It's me." I said.

"Paige? Oh dear just hold on." I heard her sniff and knew she was crying. Tears came to my eyes as I heard her scratch around the place.

"Here smell this. It's your favorite blueberry muffins." she said.

Maybe she knows how to work it a little. "Grandma. This is a phone. I can't smell it." I laughed sadly.

"Oh child. I believe you. You loved them too much to do that. I'll save some blueberry muffins for you okay?" I let out a sob. Tears rolled down my eyes.

"Yes grandma. I have to go. Take your tablets and stay safe. And stop flirting with other men. I love you okay?" I said trying to lift the sad mood.

I felt his arms tighten around my waist and I felt calmer. She laughed softly, "I'll try. And I love you too. Bye." then she put the phone down.

I wiped my eyes and dialed the next number.

"Hello?"she answered.

" Rox? " I asked unsure. Roxanne never cries.

"Rox? Why are you crying?" I asked worried.

She screamed and ran around. OK she's freaking out.

"Oh my God! It's Paige. Oh God. Calm. Breath. Breath." I heard her doing her breathing technique as she calls it.

"How's my favourite bitch doing.?" She asked. I put the phone to my other ear so that Derek could hear.

"I'm fine Rox. How are you and Alex? And why were you crying?" I asked.

"don't you say his name. He cheated on me. But that's not why I'm crying. I miss you. And the fun night we had. Where we partied every night. And we stole your mom's cookies. And we destroyed school. And when we dyed Ashley's hair orange. Remember that? She swore she's going to kill us. " she cried.

A few tears escaped my eyes." Oh Rox. Don't put your life on hold for me. Go out and have fun. And when I get out of here, I'll cut Alex's dick off and feed it to my imaginary dog. Well do it together. "I laughed a sad laugh.

"So enough of the heart break. I heard you share a cell with Derek Clark." she said and my eyes widened.
