Jeongguk's POV
What the fu*k is going on here? - I screamed internally as I listened to the horror before me.
Literally two minutes ago
"Soo.. my name is Hyangyu. And what's your name cutie?"-said the weird girl.
Eunji then translated to me, almost cringing, but trying not to so the girl wouldn't call for her mother again." Erm... so she said her name's Hyangyu and asked what is cutie's *cough* your's *cough* name."
"Tell her my name's Jungsook."- I decided to lie.
I can't afford to damage my reputation if she ever mentions me to someone. That would be bad. Don't get me wrong, it's not that I'm one of the popular kids in school, actually I'm quite the opposite. I'm quiet and shy, Eunji and Kyungmi being the only real friends that I've got. We've known each other since we were babies and they're the only ones that I have full trust in. I get along with a few other students too, but only because my parents insist that I have to maintain a social lifestyle while in school, and if the word of me knowing this girl goes around the school there will surely be rumors.
I just want to go trough my school life a quiet as possible, so that once I debut, other kids wouldn't spread rumors about me if they don't even know or remember who I am. That's right, I've always wanted to be a kpop idol. I'm good at singing and learning new stuff.
"Hyangyu? Isn't that like a Korean name and isn't her family from USA?" I asked.
Both of them shrugged their shoulders. "Maybe her parents decided to change her name since they moved to Korea?" suggested Kyungmi. "No, that's a stupid reason." replied Eunji.
"What's her real name then?" I asked.
"What's your real name?" asked Kyungmi. "What do you mean? It's Hyangyu." replied Hyangyu. "It can't be Hyangyu since you're from America" stated Eunji. "Oh.. but I put my name as Hyangyu since I'm in Korea, but my real name is Isabelle." said Hyangyu smiling at us weirdly.
"What are Jungsook's hobbies?" she continued asking questions about me. "Just tell her I love singing, but nothing more." I said
"He loves to sing." translated Eunji. "Oh! I love singing too! I'm very good at it!" Hyangyu screamed.
"I'm with you~ I'm with you~ I'm looking for a place, I'm searching for a face, is anybody here I know? 'Cause nothing's going right, and everything's a mess, And no one likes to be~ Alon--"
What the fu*k is going on here? - I screamed internally as I listened to the horror before me.
"S T O B I T" shouted the three of us. Her singing was.. well.. horrific. Bad. Ear rape.
"Oh, right, like you can sing better than me!" she shouted.
Eunji and Kyungmi looked at eachother "Like mother, like daughter." said both of them. "What did she say?" I asked. "She thinks she can sing better than you." said Kyungmi.
"Well in this case, I think everyone can sing better than her." I said. The two of them laughed, but Hyangyu just glared at them, waiting for translation.
"He said at this point anyone can sing better than you." said Eunji.
"You're lying! No one can sing better than me! He would never say that about me!" said Hyangyu, on verge of crying.
"Well too bad, he just did." said Kyungmi laughing. "Prove it then!" shouted Hyangyu.
"She wants you to prove that you can sing better than her." translated Eunji. "Okay then, I'll prove her." I said
"Baby baby geudaeneun Caramel Macchiato~ yeojeonhi nae ipgaen geudae hyanggi dalkomhae, baby~ baby~ tonight~ yea-ye-yeah~" I sang.
"Awh! You sang that for me! I'll go tell my mother!" she said, but I couldn't understand. She started running towards her mother, and they left soon after.
The three of us just looked at eachother, weirded out, questioning eachother how much our life will change because of that weird girl.
