Okay, I read a lot of shit and see that people aren't able to differentiate between could've and could of.

"Could of" doesn't mean anything. Like, could of what?

It's "could've." Because it means "could have."

Like, could have depression or something like that.

They HAVE something. That's what you're trying to say.
