Chapter 8

Brittney's Point of View:
It's been a week since Cora loss her baby, and haven't seen Connor once, which is good since Jonah has finished his album and is staying home to help me. Since I'm 2 times bigger then I should be I need all the help I can and having Ethan's 15th in just two days it been a big help.

I had stopped for a short break. There was someone at the door so Ethan answered.

"Mum," Ethan yelled.

I penguin walked to the front door where Connor was standing.

"Can I Please see Cora, she texted me and told me everything," he begged me to come in.

"You can BUT, don't try anything and be quite and quick Cora's Dad is home," I say letter him inside.

And with that he ran upstairs to her room. Couple of minutes later Jonah had came in side just as Connor and Cora walked down the stairs. Soon as Jonah saw Connor he jumped to push him against the wall.

"Why are you here, you hurt my little girl," Jonah yelled. Cora was already in tears from their talk and from now.

"Jonah leave him alone," I say.

"No you cheated on my daughter, made her do drugs and got her pregnant," Jonah said each time pushing him hard against the wall.

"Sir, please I'm sorry I didn't mean to do any of it, I promise I have stopped the drugs and alcohol, I had stopped for the baby but now I know my life is better with or without the drugs or a baby," Connor said, with a scared look in his eyes.

"If you hurt her, or anything I will kill you and I'm not joking," Jonah said letting the poor kid go.

2 days later:
Brittney's Point of View:
In the past 15 years with my son, we have been through a lot. His birth was difficult, we all thought that he wasn't going to make it. He so happy when he found out great auntie and uncle were actually his nana and grandad my auntie and uncle turned out to be my parents, they gave me to my "parents" because their love was forbidden, until his grandad aka my father passed away. He had got very close to him.

Everyone of Ethan's friends and family were at the house. Sadly I was having one of those pregnancy days, even though I want these kids I hate the side affects. Ethan was playing football with his friends and Jonah, Jack, Zach, Daniel and sometimes Corbyn since Christina is pregnant with swollen feet and legs. Cora was sitting with Connor, since somehow Cora forgave him and their back together. Jonah was always looking over at them.

We sat in the living room opening the presents. He got a lot of games, gift cards and clothes. But his favourite of them all was the black guitar, Jonah and I brought him, I pretty sure I even saw some tears.
