Brittney's Point of View: Our babies were perfectly healthy and happy. Of course baby number 1 was bigger than baby number 2 but they are perfect.
"At least they came out quicker then Cora and Ethan," Jonah said.
"Thank god," I say.
I was only in labour for about 5 hours because of the C-section, it turns out baby number 1 was just breeched. (Occurs when a baby is born bottom first instead of head first)
"My little angel's," Jonah said holding baby number 2.
"How about Heaven and Nevaeh," I mention.
"Hell yes," Jonah said.
I've already had a sleep so we were ready for visitors; the first was Cora and Ethan with Zach and Liza, since Cora and Ethan couldn't stay home by their self so they are spending sometime over Zach's while we are in hospital. Next were Corbyn and Christina and their kids. Jack and Daniel weren't able to come since they were doing a song together.
I was so sore and seeing my own body in the mirror when I shower just made me cry. I didn't want the scar that will be left there. The nurse said it was normal to feel like this but it doesn't feel normal. Finally after almost a week of being in that depressing hospital room I was allowed to leave with my girls. Jonah wanted to go to his home town for our wedding anniversary and Cora's birthday which is her 16th
Cora was helping me with the girls, with the nappies and the feeding since I decided not to breastfeed.
