"You really thought you could make my husband sleep with you?" she was devastated and I couldn't do anything to calm her down, because she was shouting at ME!. "Marie Cooper, you are fired! I don't want to ever see you any where near our company again or my house or even my husband, if I do Marie, don't forget, you're dead meat! Understood??!" I was in shock, how did she find out that I liked her husband, I mean even the so-called husband is nowhere to be found right now, seems someone is scared of his wife. I would laugh if I wasn't the one stuck in this horrible situation. I could only get a pathetic "sorry ma'am" out of my mouth as I walked away.
What have I done? Where do I actually start from now? I've got no job, and just a few dollars in my account.
Well... Life moves one, wait... Life can't move on well if I don't eat now "I'm so hungry, and that woman's booming voice just added to it" saying that to myself only added to the hunger, can you imagine?
I got into my beat up car and drove to "Larry's diner", he sold the best and I mean the best bacon cheeseburger with fries to the dining side and a glass of banana milkshake - at a cheap price - I mean what else could I ask for? I took the first bite and Dang! was I in heaven?I wolfed, down the rest when I remembered I had no job, why was I eating this much, well... Life can move on now. After a large burp, I tipped the waiter and excused myself. The sun took it upon itself to be the antagonist in the whole situation and burn my skin, I didn't even ask for a tan! Today ain't my lucky day at all... Oh well... I better go home and start looking for a new job. That won't be hard since I'm the best, not to be proud or anything hahaha
